Way to learn is the role of students in the learning process to achieve the goals set incertain specific steps and the path of learning content, but also can be said that learnerspreferred in the learning process, shown with the individual characteristics manner. The newcurriculum reform stresses change the student’s original single, passive, and accepted way oflearning, promote independence, cooperation, explore learning. The change of approach tolearning is one of the core content of the new curriculum reform. This paper discusses thechange in the ideological and political course of the new curriculum reform in high schoollearning.
