With the rapid development of the domestic tourism industry,the tourism industry,has higher and higher requirements for the quality of relevant employees.As the key link of cultivating high-level and compound talents in tourism industry,the practical teaching mode of undergraduate majoring in tourism management is the key influencing factor to ensure the quality of tourism talents.With the rapid growth of the number of tourism management majors and the development and changes of the tourism market in recent years,the problems existing in the practical teaching mode of tourism management specialty have gradually appeared,especially the differences in the training objectives,levels and contents between the undergraduate of tourism management specialty and the higher vocational and technical secondary schools of tourism management.Therefore,based on the interpretation and empirical analysis of practical teaching mode and CDIO theory,this thesis aims at the problems existing in the current undergraduate practical teaching mode of tourism management specialty,and discusses the Optimization Countermeasures of undergraduate practical teaching mode of tourism management specialty from the perspective of CDIO.This study is of great significance and value not only for promoting the deepening and expansion of theoretical research on the practical teaching mode of undergraduate majoring in tourism managemen,but also for promoting the improvement of the training quality of undergraduate talents majoring in tourism management and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of tourism industry.In terms of theoretical research,based on reviewing and combing the research literature related to CDIO theory and practical teaching mode,this thesis focuses on the connotation and characteristics,standards and syllabus of CDIO theory,as well as the concept and connotation,influencing factors,main types and functions of the undergraduate practical teaching mode of Tourism Management Specialty,as well as the influence and guiding significance of CDIO theory on the undergraduate practical teaching mode of tourism management specialty.This thesis holds that the engineering education mode advocated by CDIO theory,whether in terms of vision and theme,or standards and requirements,has a high degree of guidance and feasibility for the conception,design,implementation and operation of the current undergraduate practical teaching mode of tourism management specialty.Therefore,it is not only necessary but also feasible to analyze and explore the optimization of undergraduate practical teaching mode of Tourism Management Specialty Based on CDIO theory,so as to further cultivate compound and applied tourism talents.The empirical analysis of this thesis includes two parts: questionnaire analysis and interview analysis.The questionnaire part is through spss26.0 statistical analysis software carries out descriptive and correlation analysis on the questionnaire data.It is found that the overall perception and recognition of undergraduate students majoring in Tourism Management on the practical teaching of on-campus courses,off-campus practical teaching and self-practice ability are at the upper middle level,and there are significant differences in the recognition of the current undergraduate practical teaching mode of tourism management among students of different grades and colleges;In the interview and investigation part,through the interview with teachers and students in tourism colleges and universities,and the analysis of the interview content,it mainly includes the text analysis of the current undergraduate practical teaching mode of tourism management major and the cognition,teaching methods and teaching connection of CDIO theory,and the interview results of Teachers and students.The above empirical research not only helps people scientifically understand and understand the current situation and problems of undergraduate practical teaching mode of tourism management specialty,but also helps to put forward and analyze relevant improvement suggestions and optimization countermeasures.In terms of countermeasures and suggestions,based on the engineering teaching mode of CDIO,this thesis analyzes the Optimization Countermeasures of the undergraduate practical teaching mode of tourism management specialty from the perspectives of conception,design,implementation and operation.Specifically,in terms of conception,only by reasonably constructing the paradigm system of practical teaching mode of tourism management specialty,perfecting the omni-directional and three-dimensional practical teaching system,and clarifying the cultivation goal of undergraduate talents of tourism management specialty;In terms of design,we should use a variety of teaching means and methods,pay attention to cultivating students' management thinking ability,and promote the integration of theory and practice;In terms of implementation,improve the management and evaluation mechanism of professional practical teaching,earnestly strengthen the construction of "double qualified" team,and build a multi-dimensional and open practical teaching scene;In terms of operation,we should strengthen the "connection" between on-campus curriculum practice teaching and classroom teaching,the "connection" between off-campus practice teaching and on-campus practice teaching,and the "connection" between social practice activities and professional practice,so as to fundamentally optimize the Undergraduate Practice Teaching Mode of tourism management specialty,and then promote the improvement of the training quality of undergraduate talents of tourism management specialty Provide high-quality tourism professionals for the tourism industry.
