And the continuous deterioration of children's and adolescents' health is one of the focus issues in the world.Because students have little time for activities and lack of physical exercise, chronic diseases are developing to a younger age stage, and now they have become more and more serious social problems. In 2018,the Shandong provincial government conducted a spot test on students' physical health level through a third-party organization, and in the second year, the same spot test on students' physical health was conducted. The data showed that the total average score in 2019 was 72.14 points, which was 2.4 points higher than that in 2018.Liang Binyan, the second-level inspector of the Provincial Department of Education, said at the press conference held by the Health and Health Committee in 2021 that although the physical health of students in Shandong Province has been developing in a good direction from 18 to 21 years, the improvement rate is slow, and the obesity rate and myopia rate are still high.Especially, students stayed at home for a long time under the influence of epidemic situation, without physical education class and outdoor sports, which led to the obvious decline of students' sports ability and health status. It is an important stage for students in primary and secondary schools to grow up healthily.Students have a lot of time for sports at school. At the same time, the indicators of physical fitness can well reflect the health status of human body,Therefore, enhance students' physical quality in physical education has the count for much meaning.By learning Chinese martial arts, responding to national policies,we can stimulate students' sports enthusiasm, enhance national identity, promote traditional culture, and explore more effective methods and measures to promote students' healthy growth in actual martial arts education in schools. This is the objective and significance of this reserch. In view of theory of healthy physical fitness, this paper tests seven indicators of healthy physical fitness after 16 weeks of martial arts study, and evaluates the actual effect of martial arts on the healthy physical fitness of fifth-grade students in Chang Cheng School. The specific experimental contents and results are as follows:In this paper,100 students from two classes randomly selected from the fifth grade of the Chang Cheng School in Heze City,Shandong Province were selected as the experimental object. The experiment was divided into two groups: experimental group and control group.Due to the actual situation, the final number of control group and experimental group is 48 respectively. The control group includes 28 boys and 20girls;The experimental team consists of 28 boys and 20 girls. The whole process of this experimental teaching was conducted by the excellent PE teacher of the primary school group of Chang Cheng School, and The two classes draw lots to decide the test group and the control group,so that investigators are not treated specially in the experimental group teaching, thus causing the experimental data to be untrue.Students in the control group are taught strictly according to the textbooks of the fifth grade of primary school, while students in the experimental group are taught purely martial arts for 16 weeks, twice a week. The subjects in this experiment are healthy and have no long-term physical exercise, and the two groups of students don't know that they are participating in the Teaching experiment. This article mainly adopts document review research methods, expert interview, experimental method and mathematical statistics are used to test the normal distribution of the data of seven indexes before and after the experiment, such as vital capacity, bending arm overhang, sitting body flexion, height and weight,BMI(body mass index),and the independent sample T test is conducted among of the test group and the control group and test the indexed data of each group before and after the experiment is used the paired sample T test. The results show that:After 16 weeks of martial arts practice, seven indexes of boys and girls in the experimental group have changed. The average vital capacity of male students increased from 2715.9 ml before the experiment to 2895.5 ml after the experiment, the average forward flexion of sitting body increased from 4.6 cm before the experiment to 11.7 cm after the experiment, the average height increased from 151.8cm before the experiment to 154 cm after the experiment, and the average weight increased from 42.8 kg before the experiment to 43.4 kg after the experiment. The mean BMI of boys decreased from 18.4 kg/m before the experiment to 18.2 kg/m after the experiment. In terms of muscle fitness, the mean value of boy's elbow overhang increased from 11.3s before the experiment to 19.5s after the experiment, and the mean value of boy's standing long jump increased from 1.73 m before the experiment to 1.92 m after the experiment. The average vital capacity of girls increased from 2403.3 ml before the experiment to 2625.4 ml after the experiment, the average forward flexion of sitting body increased from 9.8 cm before the experiment to 15.4 cm after the experiment, and the average height increased from154.6 cm before the experiment to 156.3 cm after the experiment. The average body weight increased from 41.8 kg before the experiment to 42.4 kg after the experiment. The mean BMI of girls decreased from 17.4 kg/m before the experiment to 17.3 kg/m after the experiment. The average value of girl students' elbow overhang increased from 4.2s before the experiment to 11.9 s after the experiment. The average standing long jump of girls increased from 1.51 m before the experiment to 1.71 m after the experiment. After 16 weeks of normal physical education class study,Male and female students' Physical health indicators in the control group also changed to varying degrees.Height index p < 0.05,the difference is significant.Bending arm projection indices and long standing jump, life capacity, body weight, sitting body flex,BMI,etc.P>0,05,indicating that the difference is not significant.Among them, the BMI index of boys and girls and the index data of girls' bending arm drape decreased slightly, while all the remaining indexes increased in different degrees. After 16 weeks of teaching experiments,Comparing the index data of the two groups of students,it shows that there is a Obvious difference in the p value between the two groups of students the index of vital capacity(P < 0.05),such as bending arm overhang and standing long jump, sitting body flexion. There was no obvious difference in weight, height and BMI(P > 0.05).To sum up,16 week Wushu Exercise has a significant impact on the physical health of fifth graders in great wall middle school, has a significant impact on cardiopulmonary health, muscle and flexibility, and has little impact on human body composition.
