The traditional teaching model,which emphasizes knowledge instruction while ignoring the cultivation of ability,is no longer applicable in this new era when learning capacity is equivalent to the ability to survive.Thus,In China,middle schools have been trying to carry out various teaching reforms,hoping to explore ways and means to improve the quality of education through teaching reform explorations.Thus,frontline teachers around China have constantly carried out practice and come up with many feasible teaching models through innovation.In recent years,to explore a highly effective classroom teaching model for the development of Yunnan H Experimental Middle School,our school has adopted the attitude of innovation based on tradition,interpreted,adapted,and adjusted various classroom teaching models outside of the province based on its own conditions,and formed its 331 teaching method with its distinctive characteristics.Meanwhile,it has adopted a learning guide consistent with its philosophy,namely the “331 learning guide” teaching model.This teaching model fully considers students' cognitive development rules and psychological development characteristics,takes student liberation as the guiding ideology,stimulates students' potential by creating different situations,and motivates students to think,discuss,and present their ideas courageously,thereby laying a solid foundation for their future.This study introduces the research background,objectives,and significance of the “331 learning guide” teaching model based on an extensive literature review.The author of the thesis determines the research thinking and methods based on research content,sorts out and summarizes the research status of domestic and overseas learning guide cases,and elaborates the detailed operation methods of its seven modules,namely “leading,thinking,discussing,presenting,Q?A,testing for mastery,and learning how to learn”.Then,the author of the thesis applies the “331 learning guide” teaching model to the teaching of senior middle school chemistry according to operation guidelines,objectively evaluates the teaching effect of the “331 learning guide” teaching model by adopting a series of methods,such as questionnaire survey,observation,interview,and grade analysis,and analyzes,adjusts,and summarizes the problems exposed in practice.From the results of the study,it can be found that after the adoption of the “331 learning guide” teaching model for a period,students' learning attitude has been improved,their grades have been significantly increased,and their cooperative awareness has been reinforced.In addition,this teaching model also plays a vital role in arousing students' learning interest,training students' thinking,and improving teachers' teaching competence.The “331 learning guide” teaching model meets the requirements of the curriculum reform in the new era.Its application in senior middle school chemistry teaching has won initial success.Frontline teachers should delve deep into and popularize the adoption of this teaching model.In addition,given the problems in the implementation of the “331 learning guide”,the author proposes some feasible improvement measures based on use experience,a survey,and real feedback from teachers and students,to further optimize the “331 learning guide” teaching model adopted in our school and contribute to improving the effectiveness of senior high school teaching.
