Research On The Influence Of Vocational Education On The Rural Surplus Labor Migration In Turpan

In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the reform and development of vocational education.The infrastructure of the modern vocational education and its training system has been steadily developed and a large number of middle and high-level professional technicians have been trained.Vocational education has made an important social contribution by improving of the overall quality of the rural labor force,facilitating China's economic and social development and enhancing economic restructuring and upgrading as well as employment in rural areas.It is a supplement to academic education and also a main method to promote cultural and profesional quality of the rural labor force.As a traditional agricultural city with rich rural labor force,Turpan can carry out relevant work on rural surplus labor migration in the context of vocational education,which will facilitate educational equity and the balance of educational resources,improve the quality of rural labor force,and promote the development of economy and society.This article analyzes the development and existing problems of vocational education and rural surplus labor force migration in Turpan and puts forward that vocational education has a positive impact on improving the overall quality of rural labor force,increasing employment opportunities and promoting regional industrial restructuring.Based on the cases of rural surplus labor force migration in the context of vocational training in Turpan,relevent suggestions are raised:firstly,to establish the dominant position of vocational education in rural surplus labor force migration;secondly,to play the special role of vocational education in rural surplus labor force migration;thirdly,build a long-term mechanism for vocational education to participate in rural surplus labor migration by integrating training resources,improving normalization of vocational education,and building a part-time teacher pool for vocational training;fourthly,to strengthen support for enterprises to participate in vocational education,to increase financial support for vocational colleges carrying out training for rural labour migration and to promote deep integration of vocational education with regional economic development.Theoretically,this article has provided ideas for development direction of vocational education and for the migration path of rural surplus labor force in Turpan,which can be used as reference materials for the economic and social development of Turpan and for the employment and entrepreneurship of its people.
