With China's economic development and social progress,it has promoted the development of various undertakings in China,especially the cause of higher vocational education.With the steady growth of the number of colleges,enrollment and employed students in society,it has not only made significant contributions to the development and growth of China's education,but also brought greater dynamic support to China's economic and social development.Facing the current new situation of new technology and new environment,General Secretary Xi clearly pointed out that China should unremittingly promote educational informatization,strive to expand the coverage of high-quality educational resources by means of informatization,gradually narrow the digital gap between regions and urban and rural areas through educational informatization,and vigorously promote educational equity.Under the guidance of various policies,the overall work of higher vocational education informatization has also been orderly promoted,and the level of informatization has been improved to a certain extent.However,there are still many deficiencies in the information construction process and service application of Higher Vocational Education in China.The ability and level of educational information service have yet to be improved,especially in the face of unexpected crises,such as the outbreak of "COVID-19" at the end of 2019.It disrupts the normal teaching activities of schools and exposes some practical problems in China's educational development.The sudden crisis has brought more enlightenment to China's higher vocational education reform,especially the improvement of its educational information service.Therefore,this paper selects the representative higher vocational education information service in Guizhou Province as the case analysis object,uses interview research and other research methods,and carries out the research on the existing problems and promotion strategies of education information service according to the logic of finding,analyzing and solving problems.Firstly,it combs the research literature and theories on educational informatization and higher vocational education at home and abroad,and forms the theoretical framework of this paper combined with the theoretical knowledge;Then,it deeply analyzes the characteristics of educational information service,collects relevant data and cases of higher vocational education information service in Guizhou Province,analyzes the current situation,points out its existing problems,and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems;Finally,combined with the development experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the information service of Higher Vocational Education in Guizhou Province,in order to better promote the improvement of the information service ability of Higher Vocational Education in Guizhou,and also provide reference for the improvement of education information service in other places.This paper is divided into the following six parts.The first part is the introduction,which analyzes the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and then expounds the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis of information service in higher vocational education.This paper defines the concepts of educational informatization involved in this paper,analyzes the connotation of higher vocational education informatization service,and summarizes the relevant theories such as public goods,externality,path dependence and so on.The third part is the analysis of the development of higher vocational education and the current situation of educational information service in Guizhou Province.Based on the analysis of its development process,characteristics and effectiveness,this paper summarizes the current situation of information service in Higher Vocational Education in Guizhou,so as to comprehensively evaluate its service ability.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of Guizhou Higher Vocational Education Information Service.According to the current situation analysis of the third part,combined with the relevant theoretical basis,this paper points out the problems of Guizhou Higher Vocational Education Information Service,and analyzes the reasons according to these problems.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of higher vocational education information service in Guizhou Province.According to the problems and causes of higher vocational education information service in Guizhou Province,combined with the advanced development experience at home and abroad,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of top-level design optimization,service mechanism strengthening,service subject improvement,comprehensive ability improvement,capital resource guarantee,etc,In order to promote the improvement of information service level of Higher Vocational Education in Guizhou Province.The sixth part is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper,and summarizes the main research conclusions of this paper.The main innovation of this paper is to combine theory with practice,comprehensively analyze the development status of information service in Higher Vocational Education in Guizhou,combine relevant theories such as public goods,externality and path dependence,and advanced development experience at home and abroad,from theory to practice,so as to provide feasible suggestions for the improvement of educational information service in Guizhou Province and even other places in China,Make up for the deficiency of the current academic circles in the systematic study of educational information service in the western region.Of course,this paper also has some deficiencies.For example,there is less analysis of educational information services in other parts of China,which is also the direction that the author will expand in future learning and research.I hope to further promote the expansion of research dimension and the improvement of research level.
