In 2005,five ministries and commissions,including the Ministry of Education,the General Administration of Sport of China and the Ministry of Health,carried out the largest physical and health survey of primary and secondary school students in China.The decline in students' health is worrying.Therefore,the Ministry of Education clearly put forward the guiding ideology that the healthy development of schools must be set first,and reform the contents and methods of school physical education in view of the problem of students' declining physique.The purpose is to let students take the initiative to participate in physical exercise,cultivate students' lifelong physical awareness.To this end,The General Office of the State Council in2007 promulgated the "relevant to further strengthen the primary and secondary school sports to increase the physique of young people" spirit of the document,put forward: the middle school examination sports to be carried out nationwide,and to increase the score of the physical examination year by year.In the mid-term exam sports reform background,the lanzhou city bureau of education in sports also many times to make the corresponding reform,since 2009,lanzhou started mid-term exam sports,sports detection performance evaluation points is to school sports measured,in the form of grade examination results to show A,B,C,D,the corresponding scores calculation for the corresponding level.Since 2015,Lanzhou city has carried out the following "refreshment" in order to change the current situation that people generally do not pay attention to school PE courses: First,the full score of PE in the high school entrance examination has been raised to 50 points,and the test content is "3+2".Secondly,the teaching objectives,methods,content and environment of middle school physical education in Lanzhou are increasingly showing the characteristics of scientific,rationalization and quality.Finally,PE teachers and junior high school students have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of PE subjects.This paper investigates and studies a series of influences on middle school physical education in Lanzhou after the implementation of middle school entrance examination physical education by means of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The reform of middle school physical education has a profound impact on the teaching objectives of middle school physical education.Physical education teachers have misunderstanding of the positioning of physical education class,which leads to the way of physical education oriented,and the combination of physical education teaching methods and teaching content is not accurate enough,which deviates from the curriculum standards of physical education and health,thus suppressing students' enthusiasm for PHYSICAL education,and it is difficult to cultivate students' awareness of physical exercise.2.The implementation of physical education in Lanzhou high school entrance examination has improved the discipline status of school PHYSICAL education.Compared with the past,most schools pay more attention to the teaching effectiveness of physical education class.The school has made great efforts to improve its hardware facilities and physical education teaching staff.But there are still some schools because of the lack of hardware facilities and physical education teachers,the overall quality of physical education is difficult to improve.3.After the reform of physical education in the high school entrance examination,physical education teachers face increasing tests in all aspects,but accompanied by physical education teachers' social status,sense of teaching mission,education philosophy and teaching mode have been improved to varying degrees.4.Since the implementation of the physical education reform of the high school entrance examination,although the learning pressure of students is increasing,but at the same time,it has aroused the attention of students to physical education and inspired the initiative of students to participate in physical education,but at the same time,it also challenges the physical education teachers: On the basis of the enhancement of students' physical quality and the mastery of sports skills,at the same time maintain students' enthusiasm for sports and related sports.
