As the country places importance on the qualitative development of vocational education, nurturing high-quality human resources has become one of the important tasks of vocational schools. For secondary vocational schools, only high quality teaching level and advanced teaching methods can enable students to have a better development,so that secondary vocational schools continue to gain recognition, shoulder the responsibility in the vocational education system. But because of the influence of various factors, secondary vocational schools in developing is facing many difficulties, such as the current most secondary vocational schools still adopts the traditional teaching method, and with the diversification of students, students in basic and habits etc. There are large differences, the teaching quality is not high, low teaching efficiency phenomenon is very common.Take "Computer Application Foundation" course as an example, under the traditional "one size fits all" and "step by step" teaching method, some students with good foundation or correct attitude feel that it is not difficult, while those with general foundation or not serious attitude feel that knowledge is too obscure and want to give up learning more and more.In this way, individual differences among students are not taken into account, the quality of teaching is reduced, and the best opportunity for students' development is delayed.Stratified teaching is a personalized teaching method that fully respects the differences of students and aims at helping each student reach his or her "zone of proximal development".It plays a significant role in mobilizing learning enthusiasm and improving learning quality. In this study,micro-video teaching resources are combined with stratified teaching, and based on the existing problems in the classroom of Computer Application Foundation in secondary vocational schools,a stratified teaching mode based on micro-video is constructed in accordance with the physical and mental development characteristics of secondary vocational students, and it is practiced in practical teaching. This study is mainly composed of five parts.Part one discusses the background and significance of the research based on the current status of research in Germany and abroad, and explains research ideas, research methods, and contents. The second part defines the concepts of micro-video,micro-video teaching resources and hierarchical teaching, and summarizes the relevant theories, providing conditions for the construction of the model. In the third part, based on the analysis of the course characteristics, teaching status and characteristics of secondary vocational students of "Computer Application Basis",the hierarchical teaching mode based on micro-video is constructed,This model mainly includes three links: before class, during class and after class, and the elements of stratification in each link are different. The fourth part consists of conducting two action research on a teaching model built in classroom practice, and analyzing and summarizing the results in detail. The fifth part is a summary, shortcomings and prospects of this study. The research results show that the layered teaching mode based on micro video can carry on the application in the practical teaching, and can stimulate the secondary vocational student's learning course "computer application foundation" interest, improve the quality of learning and learning, later become high-quality skilled talents for the students, which has laid a good foundation to improve the current secondary vocational computer courses teaching also to have certain reference value.
