In recent decades,with the rapid growth of domestic economy,the speed and intensity of urban renewal have been accelerated accordingly.Super high-rise buildings are characterized by small floor area,unique appearance and convenient access to each floor,which have rapidly become the choice of major cities and powerful investors.The rapid construction of super high-rise buildings in first-tier and second-tier cities in China not only demonstrates the strength of developers and general contractors,but also presents a landmark building to a city,which often becomes a spiritual and cultural symbol of a city.Super high-rise buildings often exist as landmarks of cities,which are characterized by peculiar architectural appearance,complex structure,difficult construction and long investment reporting period.The effectiveness of schedule management plays an important role in the successful delivery of super tall building during its construction stage.Effective schedule management can not only ensure construction quality and control cost,but also help enterprises to establish a good corporate image and establish the image of the city.However,many engineering enterprises only prepare detailed construction plans in the bidding stage.In the implementation stage,the actual progress of the site cannot match the plan,and the chaos of schedule control leads to the huge efforts of the construction unit can not get economic and construction period compensation beyond the responsibility.Schedule management theory has been relatively mature,but in the practice of construction engineering project and larger ascension space,by summing up the experience in the specific project practice can make up for the gap between theory and practice,kunming,yunnan province,this paper completed the first high-rise tall building project schedule management practice for the case of HL,sum up the experiences of progress control in the process of its construction,The schedule management of similar projects in the industry can be used for reference.This paper first introduces the research background of schedule and summarizes the research situation of domestic and foreign engineering projects.Second,tall building as the research object,HL to kunming kunming super-tall HL is introduced general situation of the project construction,through the work structure decomposition breaks down the project into the implementation of the smallest unit,according to the logic relation of live events or conditions restriction to sort,in estimating activity duration,using Delphi estimation method,analogy estimation and simulation methods of estimation,Project software is used in forming detailed construction schedule.Through the comparison between the actual completion time and the planned time of the activities on the key line,the reason of the construction progress lag is analyzed.The schedule is adjusted by rushing to work,adjusting logical relation between activities and claiming time limit.Continuous cycle of project schedule management through PDCA project management knowledge.Finally,the project was completed on time under the premise of qualified project quality and controllable cost.Finally,by evaluating the effect of schedule management,a set of schedule management methods for super high-level projects that are suitable for domestic conditions are summarized,which can provide intended reference for future super high-level construction projects and improve the training of management personnel and standardization of management database for enterprises.
