To promote the development of the construction industry,multiple favorable policies have helped the development of prefabricated buildings,so the new construction industrialization ushered in rapid development.Compared with traditional projects,the construction of prefabricated building projects involves multiple industries,and the complexity of the construction process has increased significantly.However,there are still high information barriers among relevant enterprises,increasing uncertain factors.Due to the uncertainty brought by the objective environment and the lack of discernment,the construction process of prefabricated building projects will inevitably face greater risks.Therefore,in the case of many participants and complex influencing factors,it performs a vital role to improve the immune ability and enable the project participants to respond quickly to the changes in the external environment.Based on theories of organizational immunity and synergetics,the paper conducted research on risk collaborative management of prefabricated building projects,identified the sequential parameters of risk collaborative management,and proposed strategies,intending to enhance the systematicness and cooperativity of risk management.The paper regards the stakeholders of prefabricated building projects as a community.Through literature study and project research,this paper constructed a synergistic mechanism for risk immunity of assembly construction projects,and analyzed the synergistic points of this risk immunity mechanism in six dimensions: the structure,the rules,the culture,the scanning,the defense,and the memory.On this basis,the indicator system of prefabricated building project risk synergetic management was constructed.In order to clarify the complex internal relations among indicators,the interpretation structure model was introduced to divide the hierarchical relations among indicators.The result showed that indicators belong to six levels respectively,and can be summarized into three levels: Surface level,middle level,and root level.Next,to identify the order parameters,a main melody analysis model was established based on the idea of goal programming.Firstly,the main melody of the system was extracted by the method of cluster analysis,and the main melody closest to the ideal state was found.Then,the indicators with obvious characteristic advantages in the structure of the value parameters corresponding to this main melody are the order parameters.For further research,this paper constructed a health evaluation model based on coordination degree and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The ideal value parameter structure was used as the weight coefficient to calculate the health status of the item,and the coordination degree between the nonspecific immunity subsystem and the specific immunity subsystem was also calculated.Finally,based on the order parameters and the results of case analysis,the paper proposed a series of collaborative risk management strategies for prefabricated building projects by referring to the idea of immunity,in order to enhance the risk resistance ability of prefabricated building projects and improve immunity.The proposed strategies are as follows: build the collaborative information platform,establish the strict management system,improve the technical standard system,develop the strategic partnership,and improve the experience sharing mechanism.
