Spatial Renewal Strategy Of Urban Living Street Under Healing Orientation

The issuance of health-related national policies and the repeated COVID-19 outbreaks have aroused the attention of the whole society to building a healthy environment.Street space is an important part of urban public space,and living street is closely related to people’s life.In addition,compared with the macro level,the micro level built environment has a more direct impact on people’s physical and mental health.Therefore,the research on the healing of urban living street space with approachable scale is an important aspect.Based on this,this paper,from the perspective of healing orientation,studies the relationship between bioactive street space and healing,in order to improve the element system of living street space based on healing orientation.In terms of research methods,field measurement,street view image recognition,network data crawling and other methods were used to obtain street spatial factor data,and virtual reality technology was used to conduct control experiments to explore the fitness range of key factors affecting healing,so as to expand the depth of previous research.There are six chapters in this paper,and the core chapters are chapter 3 and Chapter 4.The first chapter is the proposal of the research question and the related theory summary.Through the elaboration of the research background,the purpose and significance,content and methods of this paper are clarified.The concepts of healing environment,living street and street space were explained,and the current research on bioactive street and healing environment was summarized and sorted out,providing a theoretical basis for subsequent research.Chapter two is to establish the association system between living street space and healing.From the perspective of physical and mental health,the levels,dimensions and approaches of therapeutic design are summarized by combing the theories of therapeutic environment,spatial needs and emotional needs.Form life street space and the healing of "two levels(physical,mental)to four dimensions(emotional,cognitive,safety and behavior)-4 way(to promote recovery,produce pleasant experience,improve the streets safe,and promote physical activity)-N elements(N on behalf of the number of elements,will be further explore below)" multi-level association system.The third chapter,based on the previous research on the correlation system,takes Dalian city as an example to explore the factors influencing the therapeutic effect of bioactive street space.First of all,based on the above theoretical analysis and the actual situation of Dalian city,12 research factors are preliminarily selected,all of which are quantitative indicators that can be described by using data,and are classified into four categories: green facilities,building interface,road surface and spatial form.Next,36 street segments in Dalian were selected as research samples,and environmental factor data were obtained through network data crawling,field observation and street view image recognition,and residents’ healing evaluation data were obtained through questionnaire interview.Descriptive analysis was conducted on subjective and objective data to mine spatial characteristics of living streets and residents’ awareness of healing.Meanwhile,the two data were imported into SPSS for correlation analysis,and the key influencing factors of different healing dimensions and their degree of influence were obtained,which provided theoretical basis for the proposal of updating strategies below.In chapter four,on the basis of the previous research,the key influencing factors are selected as experimental variables to explore their suitability range.In order to avoid the interference of other unrelated factors,VR virtual reality technology was combined to control a single variable and conduct a control experiment.Through multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis of the experimental data,the influence level and fitness range of key factors under different therapeutic dimensions were obtained.To deepen and expand existing studies on street healing,and provide data support for the following update strategy.The results show that,taking Dalian as an example,the key factors of urban living street space renewal under therapeutic orientation are green visibility,effective width of sidewalk,degree of vehicle-person isolation,aspect ratio,side interface permeability,store density,vehicle lane width,and bottom interface adhesion rate.In addition,the combination of high-green visual ratio(≥35%),middle-width to height ratio(1-2),middle-sidewalk effective width(2.8m to 7m),middle-permeability(20%-60%),middle-store density(6%-20%)and middle-bottom interface line sticking rate(50%-70%)can maximize the therapeutic effect of street.Meanwhile,the combination of high-green visual ratio(≥ 35%),middle-width to height ratio(1-2),middle-sidewalk effective width(2.8m to 7m),middle-permeability(20%-60%),middle-store density(6%-20%)and middle-bottom interface line sticking rate(50%-70%)can maximize the therapeutic effect of street.It is also necessary to have a good level of separation between people and vehicles and to minimize the width of the vehicle lane.In addition,rest facilities,public activity space,street environmental quality and street space character should also be mentioned.Chapter fifth,according to the above theory research,field surveys and virtual reality experiment analysis,get the healing of street space city life the key influence factors and scope of turmoil,further combining with street design guideline related content at home and abroad,puts forward life in dalian street space healing promotion strategy.Based on this,l SL-5 street section was taken as an example to conduct trial update design,and the research conclusions were verified through post-update evaluation.
