As the brain of urban rail transit system operation,signal system plays a vital role in the daily operation of urban rail transit.However,from the analysis of the current urban rail transit operation failure data,among its many subsystems,the urban rail transit accident rate caused by the signal system accounts for more than 51%,and the safety problem of the signal system is more prominent.Therefore,based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the faults of urban rail transit signal system,this paper studies and analyzes the characteristics of urban rail transit signal system and the influencing factors of operation safety,and constructs the optimization model of component relationship network based on finite state machine;By analyzing the fault and accident data and combined with the optimized component relationship network model,the text extraction method and risk characteristic index of urban rail signal system based on accident and fault data are formed,and a risk point identification method of rb-lstm network model is proposed.At the same time,the risk reduction ways and Control Countermeasures of signal system are put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Propose a set of factors affecting the operation safety of urban rail signal systemOn the basis of field investigation,expert interview and relevant literature review,the operation safety characteristics of urban rail transit signal system are analyzed.Combined with the analysis of typical operation accidents of urban rail transit signal system,the operation safety factor set for personnel,equipment and environment is constructed.(2)Construct a topology network model optimization method of urban rail signal system based on finite state machineBased on the set of operational safety elements,this paper systematically sorts out the nodes of physical components of urban rail transit signal system,and builds a topological network model of urban rail transit signal system based on the operation characteristics of urban rail transit signal system and the relationship among physical components.Based on the fault and accident data of urban rail signal system and expert experience,this paper sorted out the component nodes of personnel class and environment class,optimized the topological network model based on the blue edge algorithm of finite state machine,and proposed the safety characteristic network model of urban rail signal system.(3)Propose a text extraction method of urban rail signal system based on text data and network modelBy preprocessing and analyzing the accident,fault statistical data and report data of urban rail transit signal system in a certain year in city a,aiming at the data text report and the optimized safety feature network model of urban rail transit signal system,a text extraction method of urban rail transit signal system based on text data and network model is formed by using hidden Markov model and Viterbi algorithm,It lays a foundation for the research of risk point identification method in the following paper,which lays a foundation for the Research of risk point identification method in the following paper.(4)Proposed a risk point identification and optimization method based on RB-LSTMAccording to the structure and function of signal system,the structural importance and impact severity risk characteristic indexes of urban rail signal system are proposed;The text sequence output from Hidden Markov Model is used as the input of risk point identification method,and the risk characteristic index of urban rail signal system is integrated into the model,and the risk point identification method based on RBLSTM is proposed.By comparing and analyzing the risk points identified by expert experience method,the transformation of risk points from human experience identification to data analysis identification is realized.(5)Form a risk reduction control strategy of signal systemThe risk point set of urban rail transit signal system based on "Man-MachineEnvironment" is preliminarily constructed;A Three-dimensional risk classification matrix method based on system risk characteristic index is proposed to classify the identified signal system risk points,and the risk classification control countermeasures are put forward.On this basis,the risk control measures of urban rail signal system for different scenarios are proposed.
