| New information and wireless network coverage technologies are booming,and digital technology has become the trend and consensus of all departments to improve quality.The electric power industry is an important basic industry in China.Aiming at the particularity of the radio wireless network coverage project in substations,this paper studies how to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the entire telecommunications system.With the development of wireless network coverage technology,innovative activities in the field of wireless network coverage are increasing.In addition,it also includes project scope,work plan,quality management,security management,wireless network coverage coordination,technology selection,technology application,knowledge use skills,human resource management,cost management,procurement management,etc.The extensive project of wireless network coverage network,especially the substation wireless network coverage network project,involves not only the substation itself,but also other units.At present,the scientific literature on risk management of the project is mainly based on case studies,and the research on risk management of substation radio coverage project is relatively scarce.Based on the project risk management knowledge system and the wireless network coverage project under construction,this paper discusses the specific application of project risk management knowledge system in wireless network coverage project.At present,the risk management problems of WH substation wireless network coverage project mainly include:inconsistent with the design drawings on site,unable to give correct guidance,unable to meet the construction needs in the material supply cycle,complex construction process,etc.After risk identification of WH substation wireless network coverage project by Delphi method,it is found that the current WH substation wireless network coverage project risks and incentives mainly include:risks caused by policies,risks caused by social activities and environmental changes,risks caused by market changes and economic changes,risks caused by engineering project technical problems and project problems Risks caused by organizational management problems and risks caused by personnel.Through the evaluation and analysis of experts,the above risks were divided into secondary indicators,and finally 42 risk indicators were determined.Through the description of risk probability and impact matrix,probability analysis is carried out for different risks to determine the risk level and impact degree.The results show that there are 3 particularly serious risks,5 serious risks,8 medium risks,8 low risks and 18 extremely low risks.For different risk levels,adopt risk acceptance strategies to deal with low-risk projects and extremely low-risk projects,adopt risk transfer strategies to control medium risk projects,adopt risk mitigation strategies to control serious risk projects,and adopt risk prevention measures to deal with particularly serious risk projects.At the same time,propose targeted response plans for specific risk projects.Through the establishment of a specific risk management mode,it provides guidance for engineering construction projects,plays a guiding role in the implementation of the project,and provides a useful reference for the risk management of future projects related to wireless network coverage. |
