Abstract/Summary:
As an important part of advancing the modernization process,front-line construction workers have made great contributions to the construction of our society.However,the number of problems of the large-scale construction worker group continues to increase,and the quality of labor resources continues to decline,which not only causes the flow of talents,but also creates psychology.Health issues affect the quality and safety of construction projects.The fundamental way to solve the problem of construction workers is to improve the level of happiness,so as to enhance the sense of gain,hope and identity of construction workers,and truly realize that construction workers can "get in" and "retain".As a key force in carrying the happy lives of thousands of front-line construction workers in my country,construction enterprises in China need to pay urgent attention to how to evaluate the work happiness of frontline construction workers in view of the labor resources of this huge group.Based on previous scholars’ research on construction workers’ problems,this research shifts the research perspective to work happiness.Through the use of literature analysis,combined with the basic characteristics of frontline construction workers and the measurement indicators that affect their work happiness,the work of frontline construction workers is defined.The connotation and composition of happiness.Using questionnaires and on-site survey methods,the work environment,living conditions and feelings of work happiness of frontline construction workers were investigated.Through combing and analyzing data,the influencing factors of work happiness were explored.Through empirical research,the theoretical model of the formation mechanism of firstline construction workers’ work happiness was verified,and the influencing factors of work happiness were analyzed in depth from the aspects of social support,job control,job security,job returns,and working environment,then proposed intervention strategies and improve the happiness of construction workers at work.Based on the results of data analysis,combined with the actual management of construction workers by construction companies,from the three levels of construction workers,construction companies and society,individuals maintain a positive attitude and take the initiative to participate in organizational activities.The company improves the career promotion plan of construction workers and strengthens the culture.Build and improve salaries and benefits,improve the working environment,improve the rights protection system in the society,strengthen social support,promote the reform of the household registration system,and work together to promote the happiness of construction workers,so that they can enjoy the opportunity of happiness in life and making a good life is guaranteed and respected.
