| With the continuous development of urban construction,urban road construction projects are increasing day by day.The requirements for urban road construction are becoming more and more strict,and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.In order to get good achievements of urban road construction and long-term development of enterprise,the contractor companies need to improve project management skills.Contractor enterprises can use the existing project management tools and theories to realize the effective combination of contractor enterprise’s organizational strategy and urban road construction project construction.In this paper,through reading and summarizing relevant literature at home and abroad,maturity model has been studied and applied in many fields.Therefore this paper introduces the maturity model into the field of urban road construction in China,discusses the feasibility of the maturity model of urban road construction project management,and finds that the evaluation of project management maturity can help enterprises objectively evaluate their own project management level.After sorting out representative maturity models and comparing and analyzing representative maturity models,OPM3 maturity model is selected as the most suitable maturity model for urban road construction project management maturity evaluation in this paper.It is the theoretical foundation for establishing the evaluation index system of urban road construction project management maturity model.Then,from the perspective of contractor,based on the basic composition and internal logical relationship of OPM3 maturity model,this paper identifies the factors that affect the maturity evaluation of urban road construction project,and constructs the maturity evaluation model of urban road construction project management.Firstly,the application process of OPM3 model is given.Secondly,according to the OPM3 maturity model,the maturity model is constructed in this paper.The four levels of maturity of the model are standardized,measurable,controllable and continuous optimization from low to high.Then,according to the characteristics of urban road construction projects and project management content,the evaluation index system is established,which contains 10 criteria level indexes and 31 index level indexes.Through questionnaire survey,the preliminary index system was optimized,and 29 indexes were obtained after optimization.In order to obtain the weight of indicators in this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to invite experts to score and determine the weight of each indicator.A large number of indicators in the index system of this paper cannot be quantified,this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to score the maturity of urban road construction projects.Finally,H X city road construction project of the contractor enterprise is selected.According to the evaluation system,a questionnaire survey is conducted,and the results are sorted out and analyzed to determine the maturity level of the urban road construction project,and the corresponding evaluation and analysis are given according to the evaluation results.For the indexes with low evaluation,the corresponding strategies to improve the project management ability are given.In general,the research results of this paper provide a new perspective and an effective evaluation model for contractors to evaluate their urban road construction project management maturity.It is hoped that the urban road construction project management maturity model can be used to improve the project management process,promote the self-improvement and improvement of the management level of urban road project,achieve the improvement of the management ability of urban road project construction safety,quality,progress,environment and other aspects,and create social benefits. |
