In recent years,due to social and economic growth and the increase of new energy power generation enterprises,the number of new power grid expansion projects has increased.At the same time,with the change of safety production situation,there are many risk factors in the management of new substation projects.Facing the internal and external environment,it is necessary to put forward effective on-site project management methods.Taking the SF substation construction project of Guizhou power grid as an example,this paper divides the project into the overall stage of project management,the stage of project preparation,the stage of project construction and the stage of project operation.In this paper,project risk management means are used to carry out project risk identification,risk evaluation and risk strategy response.Among them,14 project risk influencing factors and 40 project risk influencing factors were identified by Delphi method.This paper refers to the risk assessment methods at home and abroad,evaluates the risk of this project with DEMATEL and ISM theory,constructs the risk assessment model of this project,analyzes the risk of each link of the project with DEMATEL,and evaluates and analyzes the overall risk of the project with ISM method.Finally,according to the evaluation and analysis results,the corresponding risk management strategies are formulated,and the corresponding risk response opinions are put forward to help project managers choose appropriate risk prevention measures and response measures to reduce the losses caused by risks in the substation construction process.Through effective risk identification,assessment and response,this paper provides a reference risk management model for new substation projects in power system,and provides theoretical reference value and practical risk management ideas for risk management of power engineering projects.
