The explicit proposal of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" at the 2021 NPC and CPPCC,together with the overall goal of completing carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060,will enable China’s new energy industry to enter a critical period of rapid growth.The photovoltaic inverter produced by S Photovoltaic Company is known as a leading product in the industry.Its continuously improving products and services not only meet the current market demand,With the rapid changes in the market,it is even more urgent to maintain competitiveness in the rapidly developing industry.Through in-depth analysis of the current development situation of S Photovoltaic Company,a comprehensive high-quality development evaluation was conducted,and corresponding measures were taken accordingly.This will have a positive impact on the future development of the company,while also contributing to the economic growth and social progress of Anhui Province.This article first elaborates on the evaluation methods,evaluation indicators,and system construction related literature related to high-quality development,and makes a review;Secondly,the connotation,characteristics,direction,and implementation path of high-quality development in the manufacturing industry of photovoltaic inverters were summarized,and relevant development theories were introduced,laying the foundation for subsequent research;Next,the selection principles of high-quality development evaluation indicators were proposed from three aspects: long-term and short-term,dynamic and static,as well as a combination of qualitative and quantitative aspects.Through questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,and other methods,five primary indicators,namely enterprise development ability,enterprise innovation ability,enterprise risk control ability,enterprise operation ability,and enterprise green development ability,as well as operating income growth rate,R&D intensity,and internal control index,were quantitatively selected 30 specific indicators such as maturity repayment rate and the establishment of an evaluation system;Next,the AHP method was used to determine the weight of the indicators,and the required data was standardized.Finally,the total index of high-quality development and various classification indices were calculated by weighted summation;We will conduct a high-quality development evaluation and implementation of S Photovoltaic Company.Based on the relevant conclusions,corresponding measures have been proposed in various fields such as development capabilities,technological progress,operations,risk control,and green development to ensure its high-quality development..
