Research On Optimization Of Bidding Process Of Infrastructure Business Of Z Manufacturing Enterprise

The manufacturing industry occupies the main position in our national economy,which is the foundation of building our country,the tool of developing our country and the base of powerful country.For manufacturing enterprises,the importance of infrastructure business is self-evident.It affects the normal operation,normal production,normal maintenance and normal management of enterprises.It is the common material basis for the production,manufacturing and operation of enterprises,and the basic guarantee for the normal operation of public supporting facilities.As the main management means for enterprises to achieve cost control,bidding has become the main way for manufacturing enterprises to select engineering contractors,materials and equipment suppliers for infrastructure business.For Z manufacturing enterprise,with the further expansion of enterprise scale and steady increase of output and sales volume,the bidding process implemented by its infrastructure business has not played a good role in improving enterprise management quality,controlling enterprise management risks and reducing enterprise management costs.Meanwhile,many problems have also appeared,affecting the enterprise’s investment effect and production on schedule.In order to solve the problems existing in the tendering process of infrastructure business of Z manufacturing enterprise and give an optimization plan,this paper is problem-oriented,through the collection of historical data,the sorting of the existing system process links and the comparison of the relevant businesses of similar enterprises,to clarify the current situation of the tendering process of infrastructure business of Z manufacturing enterprise,and then find the existing problems.For the problems found,The process optimization theory,Benchmarking management theory,PDCA cycle management theory as the theoretical basis to carry out in-depth research and analysis.By using literature research analysis method,case study method and comparative research method,we study the valuable academic achievements of industry experts and scholars,and carry out benchmarking for similar enterprises,so as to learn from the wise.This paper summarizes that the construction business of manufacturing enterprises is different from the real estate industry,municipal public industry,road and bridge industry and other construction industry bidding particularity: the bidding content is not accurate,affected by the production and manufacturing and process equipment scheme,drawings are changed more,involving complex departments,personnel responsibility is greater.By sorting out all sub-processes,deleting non-critical sub-processes,merging similar sub-processes,adjusting and rearranging lagged sub-processes,increasing necessary sub-processes and optimizing the overall process framework structure,the structure composition and sequence of the bidding process for infrastructure business of Z manufacturing enterprise are optimized,and the optimized scheme is proposed.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized bidding process,this paper summarizes the implementation of the process optimization plan of the organization,system and technology of three aspects of the safeguard measures.In the research and writing process of this paper,some research results have been applied in practical work,to a certain extent to solve some problems existing in the enterprise,the overall research results need to further demonstrate the feasibility and formulate corresponding rules and regulations before implementation.
