| In recent years,with the rapid development of global economy,such problems as energy crisis and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent.Under the guidance of macroeconomic situation and dual carbon policy,the development of new energy and new materials market has become a general trend.With the rapid development of the industry,the demand for lithium batteries is increasing.In order to ensure the quality of battery materials,the procurement management of raw materials is very important.Z company is a lithium battery material production and development enterprise.The upstream is foreign direct mineral suppliers,and the downstream is new energy power battery customer base.Z company purchases high-quality nickel and cobalt mineral raw materials for the end customers according to the mode of "production based on sales",and highly depends on the import of bulk mineral raw materials.But the traditional import purchase management mode is not suitable for the current business development;In order to guarantee the quality of imported raw materials,maintain the stability of supply,efficiently manage foreign suppliers and improve the efficiency of internal information transfer,it is imperative to optimize the management of the bulk raw material import purchasing Department of Z Company.This paper studies the optimization scheme of Z company’s bulk raw material import procurement management,makes full use of classical theories such as procurement management theory,supply chain management theory and supplier management theory,analyzes the industrial chain where Z company is located and the background of bulk raw material import through SWOT analysis,and finds out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Z Company in import management,The design is based on the characteristics of import procurement of bulk raw materials and optimization requirements of Z company.Firstly,the current situation and problems of Z company’s import procurement management process,supplier management and import procurement information management are analyzed;Combined with the author’s work experience in the import and export industry,and referring to a large number of literature and classical theories,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions from three aspects: procurement process,import supplier management and import procurement management informatization.It is hoped that through the relevant research of this paper,it can provide ideas and suggestions for Z company’s import procurement management,improve the economic benefits of import procurement and the core competitiveness of the industry;It also provides reference and suggestions for other enterprises in the same industry to promote the steady development of the new energy industry. |
