In order to adapt to the development of power industry,improve the international competitiveness of China’s electric power enterprises,in 2011 the state electric power enterprises to carry out the advocate complementary separation management system reform,electric power design institute of nature on the basis of hydropower,thermal power industry from two major power grid into the new energy construction group co.,LTD.And China electric power construction group co.,LTD.Independent management has become the main competitor in the market.At the same time,with the adjustment of national energy structure,the traditional electric power investment projects are gradually reduced,and the electric power design market is gradually shrinking.In order to adapt to the change of the electric power market,HD design institute for traditional design business transformation actively expand,to carry out the engineering general contracting project management,the traditional management mode,the existing resources,and many other factors,general contracting project management there are many shortcomings,how to improve engineering general contracting project management ability,is one of the major problems of HD design institute should solve.This paper takes HD Design Institute gaoyou Wind power engineering general contracting project management as the research object,adopts literature research,case analysis and other research methods.First of all,focus group discussion and risk measurement method are used to analyze the construction period,and it is concluded that organizational structure setting,schedule,safety,procurement and other issues are the main problems of project management.Secondly,the causes of the main management problems are analyzed.Thirdly,use project management knowledge and literature to put forward improvement measures.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of improvement measures in place,from the management personnel training and reserve,the construction of general contracting management enterprise culture and other aspects of the implementation of security measures.The conclusion of this paper is that the general contracting project is the integrated management of cross-specialty and cross-department.The contractor needs to establish a perfect organizational structure,allocate excellent management personnel and make dynamic adjustment to ensure the normal operation of the organizational structure.In the management process,the management of design,schedule,quality,safety and procurement should be balanced,coordinated and integrated around the main objectives to ensure the overall progress of the project.The research on the improvement of general contracting project management of Gaoyou Wind power project provides a reference for other general contracting project management of HD Design Institute,thus reducing the project management cost and increasing the market competitive advantage of general contracting.The general contracting project management problem of HD Design Institute Gaoyou Wind power project is a common problem that most survey and design units may encounter when carrying out general contracting business.The study of this paper can provide reference for other survey and design units to improve their engineering general contracting management ability.
