| Electric power plays an important supporting role in the economic and social development.The power grid project is the hub platform for power transmission,and its construction quality directly determines the safe and stable operation of the power system.Unlike other power grid projects,the power transmission and transformation project has the characteristics of high voltage level,large investment amount,many construction units,complex construction environment,high safety factor requirements,etc.Once the quality management of a certain link is not in place,it will directly affect the power supply reliability in the later stage.Therefore,the quality management evaluation of power transmission and transformation project construction projects should consider the common problems of project quality management,and also combine the specific characteristics of such projects,actively learn from the advanced management experience at home and abroad,and carry out more scientific and efficient quality management research.Taking the construction project of ZZ transmission and transformation project as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes and evaluates the quality management of the project,finds out the weak points of the project quality management,and puts forward the corresponding management improvement suggestions by using the relevant theories of quality management and comprehensively adopting the principal component analysis method,the analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The main contents include:firstly,by using the literature research method and expert interview method,15 quality management evaluation indicators including the completeness of the quality management system and the scientificity of the design of quality objectives are preliminarily selected,and the principal component analysis method is used to identify the above indicators,and five public factors such as the project planning quality management level and the survey and design quality management level are determined;Then,using the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of the five criteria and 15 indicators are quantitatively analyzed and calculated.The results show that the project planning quality management and the project construction quality management account for a relatively high proportion and need to be focused on;Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to comprehensively analyze the quality management level of ZZ transmission and transformation project construction project.The results show that the overall construction quality of the ZZ transmission and transformation project construction project is good.The project has achieved certain results in project planning quality management,project construction quality management and other aspects,and the recognition of experts is high.However,there are major problems in the survey and design quality management,material procurement quality management,and completion acceptance quality management,which need to be paid enough attention by the construction management.This paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,management theory with management practice,and systematically constructs the quality management evaluation index system and model of power transmission and transformation engineering construction projects.The ideas,methods and evaluation process in relevant research not only provide practical guidance for the construction projects of ZZ power transmission and transformation engineering,but also provide corresponding reference for the quality management of other power transmission and transformation engineering construction projects,It is of great significance to the high-quality development of power grid. |
