Study On Quality Management Evaluation And Improvement Of X High-speed Railway Surveying And Mapping Project

In recent years,with the improvement of people’s material living standards,the era of high-speed rail has quietly arrived,which provides many convenience for people to travel.Therefore,the quality and safety of high-speed rail has naturally become the focus of attention.As the leader of the high-speed railway project,the quality of the surveying and mapping project plays a decisive role in the quality of the whole project,so it is of great significance to study the quality management of the surveying and mapping project.Research on the quality management of high-speed railway engineering surveying and mapping projects will help to improve the management level of surveying and mapping subcontracting,effectively identify the service ability of subcontractors,and improve the comprehensive ability and level of quality management,so as to improve the quality of surveying and mapping results,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and be in an advantageous position in the competition.The thesis adopts the research mode of combining quality management theory and research methods,and widely uses a series of research methods such as literature research,survey research,case study,expert interview and questionnaire survey.On the premise of improving the quality of surveying and mapping results and meeting the project requirements,qualitative and quantitative analysis is made on the problems and influencing factors in the management of surveying and mapping project of X high-speed railway project.According to the analysis results,it is proposed to build a surveying and mapping quality management system based on PDCA cycle and formulate targeted improvement assurance measures,which is conducive to improving the quality management level of X high-speed railway surveying and mapping project.First of all,based on the quality management example of X high-speed railway engineering surveying and mapping project,this paper combs out the problems existing in its quality management at the current stage from the perspective of the project department,analyzes the influencing factors of various problems through expert interviews,questionnaires and other forms,and uses the analysis of the centrality and cause of DEMATEL analysis method to find the key influencing factors.Provide theoretical and data support for subsequent quality evaluation and quality improvement.Secondly,this paper carries out AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation respectively on the key influencing factor of surveying and mapping subcontract quality management and the excellent grade of construction survey results,and quantitatively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the project quality management,so as to find ways to improve the project quality and effectively solve the quality management problems.Then,based on the PDCA cycle,build.its quality management system from the aspects of quality planning,quality control,quality assurance and quality improvement;The improvement mechanism and methods in the project quality management will be integrated into the daily management of the quality management system.For example,for the management of surveying and mapping subcontracting,the index evaluation system will be constructed,and the appropriate measurement units will be selected by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.At the same time,the quality of the surveying and mapping results of the divisional and sub-divisional works will be evaluated by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,so as to communicate and improve in time.Finally;In order to ensure the implementation of the quality management system of surveying and mapping projects and solve the key factors affecting the quality management,it is also proposed to establish a talent training mechanism,improve the incentive mechanism,establish an evaluation system and other necessary safeguards.So as to supplement and improve the effective implementation of the quality management system and provide reference for the same type of engineering projects.Through the research and discussion in this paper,a series of practical methods and means such as quality management evaluation and assessment standard system and improvement plan are proposed for the quality management of X high-speed railway engineering surveying and mapping project,and a set of application paradigms and thought systems applicable to project management are provided for solving the quality management problems of engineering projects,and reference and reference are provided for other engineering project management.
