Study On The Space Design Of Xuhui Elderly Care Community From The Perspective Of All-Age Sharing

Currently,the aging situation in our country is being aggravated constantly.Under the multiple challenges of family structure,pension concept and urban dweller life,the pension industry in our country is developing rapidly.In the gradual exploration,the traditional nursing community began to gradually reveal multiple defects and deficiencies,making the phenomenon of social isolation and age isolation more and more serious in the elderly group.Therefore,this thesis takes full-age sharing as the starting point,explores the relationship between full-age sharing and elderly care services,and studies the implementation of full-age sharing strategy in elderly care communities.Firstly,the full-age shared pension community is taken as the entry point to sort out and interpret the relevant national policies and development status,and clarify the specific research direction and content.This thesis studies the theoretical research and practical exploration on full-age pension communities at home and abroad,selects specific cases for analysis and interpretation,and summarizes the successful experience and shortcomings of domestic full-age pension communities.Secondly,based on the current domestic development dynamics,the traditional cultural concept,the real needs of the elderly groups,the behavioral needs and living characteristics of the groups of all ages,the user structure and communication mode of the whole age community are summarized.On this basis,the author puts forward specific design strategies in the aspects of spatial layout,public space,supporting facilities and service functions of elderly care community from the perspective of all-age sharing.Finally,Xuhui elderly care Community Base is taken as the carrier,and the above strategies are used for example verification,so as to build an all-age shared elderly care community suitable for all-age residents,mutual assistance and friendly,in order to improve the comfort level of urban elderly care communities,and provide certain support for the research on the all-age of homogeneous community space.
