| Based on the determination of the national strategic development goals of "carbon peak by2030 and carbon neutral by 2060",the sustainable development of the energy and power industry has brought profound impact,especially for the green development,upgrading and transformation of the power generation industry is facing severe challenges.In this paper,according to the actual situation of the increasingly fierce competition in the electricity market and the substantial increase in market electricity,the negative impact of the downward price of electricity,the current performance target of RZ power plant is under great pressure;At the same time,as a backbone state-owned enterprise,it needs to shoulder more social responsibility and responsibility for energy saving,carbon reduction and emission reduction.Under the pressure of environmental requirements,RZ power plant unit energy saving renovation expenditure increases,and subsequent maintenance and other comprehensive costs remain high.The overall reform environment of power generation,transmission and distribution price leads to the market competition dilemma of low efficiency and high cost of RZ power plant.In addition,the utilization hours of thermal power units continue to decline,the frequent start and stop,and the low operation efficiency of units.For the current development situation of RZ power plant,the challenge is greater than the opportunity.This paper aims to decide the green development strategy suitable for the future development of RZ power plant and seek further development.This paper analyzes the endogenous driving force of RZ power plant’s implementation of green development strategy by collecting,sorting and integrating relevant literatures and theories on green development strategy of thermal power plants: On the basis of relevant theories,based on the research of RZ power plant case,further put forward should verify RZ power plant the influence factors of green development strategic choice,strategy of combining with PEST analysis method of RZ power plants at home and abroad the synthetical analysis of macro environment factors,using porter’s five tools RZ power plant industry market environment for the system analysis,The SWOT matrix analysis tool is used to analyze the current advantages and opportunities,disadvantages and threats of RZ power plant,and put forward the type selection of green development strategy for RZ power plant.Through the elaboration of the green development strategy of different types of RZ power plant,the QSPM matrix analysis is used to formulate the green development strategy suitable for RZ power plant,and the main implementation path and specific safeguard measures of the green energy saving and carbon reduction development strategy of RZ power plant are put forward.Finally,a comprehensive conclusion is drawn.This paper studies the green development strategy based on the case of RZ power plant,and provides some reference for similar enterprises in the same industry to make green development strategy. |
