| The rational allocation of public service facilities is of great significance to the high-quality development of cities.Taking public service facilities in Chenggong District as the research object,this research uses socio-economic statistics,population data,questionnaire survey data and public service facilities to sort out the development process of public service facility configuration,and carry out comparative research on relevant norms and standards,so as to construct an analysis framework for the configuration of public service facilities in territorial spatial planning under the concept of life-space.Secondly,the current characteristics of the supply of public service facilities in Chenggong District were analyzed through four aspects:supply level,spatial layout,fairness and satisfaction,and the existing problems were summarized.Finally,based on the perspective of life-space,the planning optimization strategy of public service facilities in Chenggong District during the period of territorial spatial planning is proposed.The main conclusions are:(1)Since the 90 s of the 20 th century,China’s public service facility allocation thinking has undergone the evolution of the "thousand people index",the concept of life-space and the concept of life-space under the background of land space;(2)The planning and configuration path of land space public service facilities under the concept of life-space is mainly reflected in the determination of configuration elements and standards based on the three zones and three lines and double evaluations,and the division and planning layout of the life circle hierarchy;(3)The supply of public service facilities in Chenggong District has the current problems of unbalanced spatial layout,insufficient supply quantity,low equalization level,and low satisfaction;(4)Under the background of territorial spatial planning,the planning and optimization strategy of Chenggong public service facilities based on the concept of life-space includes configuration elements and standards,hierarchical division of life-space and planning layout. |
