Post-evaluation Study Of Urban Road Renovation Projects

Urban road renovation is an important part of urban construction and urban renewal,and is an important part of improving the level of urban infrastructure and the quality of life of residents.During the implementation of urban road renovation projects,problems such as inefficient and ineffective management of participating units,poor quality of project implementation and poorly summarised heritage of renovation experience exist in large numbers.According to the existing construction management system,the assessment of urban road renovation projects is mainly focused on the prior,the project implementation process and operation process of the project after the evaluation is not well promoted and applied.Therefore,in order to scientifically evaluate the completion of the objectives of urban road renovation projects,summarise the implementation process of construction control and operation phase,analyse the target gap,analyse the causes of failure,summarise management experience,eliminate potential unstable management factors,optimise the project in progress,while accumulating theoretical and practical experience for new projects,the implementation of urban road renovation projects post-evaluation work in theory and practice are of great significance.The post-evaluation of urban road improvement projects is of great theoretical and practical importance.The main research and findings of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the post-project evaluation theory,urban road improvement project connotation,and cloud model evaluation theory are elaborated to lay the theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,the design idea of post-evaluation model of urban road renovation project is proposed,the indicators are collected and identified through literature analysis,the indicators are screened by using expert interview method,and the post-evaluation indicator system of urban road project is constructed from the perspective of the whole life cycle of the project,covering three primary indicators such as project implementation process,investment and benefit,target and sustainability,eight secondary indicators such as preliminary work and construction implementation,and the decision-making level,the Survey and design and other 27 three-level indicators.Combined with the characteristics of urban road renovation projects with many influencing factors and large qualitative and quantitative data,the evaluation method of comprehensive evaluation is used,and the evaluation method of entropy weight method and cloud model evaluation method is combined to form the evaluation model of urban road renovation projects together with the evaluation index system.Third,based on the relevant data collected from the survey,the post-evaluation model of urban road renovation project in Fuzhou City was used as an example to calculate and analyze the results of post-evaluation of project implementation process "good",post-evaluation of investment and benefit "good",post-evaluation of target and sustainability "excellent" and comprehensive evaluation "good",which are basically consistent with the actual implementation of the project and verify the specificity and reasonableness of the post-evaluation model of urban road renovation project proposed in this paper.Finally,in view of the shortcomings found in the empirical cases,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to strengthen construction organisation and construction control,optimise project evaluation,strengthen the management and application of post-evaluation results,improve the management mechanism and database construction of project post-evaluation results,and put forward the outlook of the application of post-evaluation of urban road improvement projects in different environments.
