In recent years,with the deepening of power grid reform,the construction of strong smart grid has been strengthened.The importance of power distribution network,as an important infrastructure of national economic development,has been increasing,and the achievements of power distribution network construction are becoming more and more obvious.However,at present,the construction,renovation,and upgrading of China’s distribution network still face a severe situation.There are some risk factors in the construction of the distribution network project,which will have some impact on the normal construction of the distribution network project,and even affect the normal operation and use of the distribution network.This paper takes the distribution network project as the research object,discusses the background and significance of construction risk management of distribution network engineering project,analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign aspects about project risk management,power engineering project risk management,and distribution network engineering project risk management.Secondly,the concept,significance and procedure of project risk management are expounded,and the related theories of project construction risk management are discussed.Taking A distribution network project as an example,by analyzing the management status of A distribution network project,risk factors are identified in the construction process of A distribution network project,the identified risk factors are classified and summarized,and a risk evaluation index system is established.The construction risk of A distribution network project is evaluated by analytical hierarchy process(AHP),entropy method,game theory combination weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,according to the evaluation results,suggestions for the overall construction risk of A distribution network engineering project are proposed for each risk factor.In this paper,the construction risk management model of distribution network engineering project will be constructed from three aspects of risk identification,risk assessment and risk response through a combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative analysis,which provides a new management idea for construction risk management and control of distribution network project and also has important reference significance for the construction risk management of similar power engineering projects.
