| In 2022,China’s urbanization rate has reached 65.22%,and with the continuous improvement of urbanization level, the development of small and medium-sized cities has also attracted more and more attention. At present, the external transportation of small and medium-sized cities is still dominated by road transportation, and highway passenger transport hubs are important nodes for the connection of internal and external transportation in small and medium-sized cities. However,at present, there are problems such as lagging development, unreasonable site selection, and chaotic transportation organization around hubs in passenger transport in small and mediumsized cities. This thesis studies the highway passenger transport hubs of small and medium-sized cities from three aspects: hub passenger transport demand, hub site selection and hub traffic impact, aiming to provide a scientific basis for the development of highway passenger transport hubs in small and medium-sized cities.Firstly, the basic concepts, economic characteristics, population characteristics and spatial structure characteristics of small and medium-sized cities are analyzed. The definition and characteristics of highway passenger transport hubs in small and medium-sized cities are summarized, and the development relationship between small and medium-sized cities and highway passenger transport hubs is discussed in depth.Secondly, the characteristics of passenger flow are analyzed, and the hierarchical progressive relationship between passenger flow of different levels of highway passenger transport hubs is explained. The main factors affecting passenger flow at the macro level were discussed, and a passenger demand forecasting model based on gravity model was established. The model can well explain the mechanism of passenger demand generation and distribution between small and medium-sized urban areas, and predict the passenger demand potential between regions.According to the characteristics of highway passenger transport hubs, the spatial analysis function of Arc GIS is used to establish a preliminary site selection model, and the alternative set is obtained. The evaluation index system of site selection scheme was constructed from the micro level, combined with the characteristics of the index, the analytic hierarchy method and the entropy weight method were used to empower the weight, and the optimal weight of each evaluation index was determined by combining game theory. Finally, the set of alternatives is evaluated by establishing a site selection scheme optimization model based on set pair analysis.According to the characteristic analysis of the impact of the hub on road traffic, three main influencing factors were determined: hub scale, hub entrance and exit setting and road network structure.According to the study of the scale of the hub,it is concluded that as the scale of the hub increases, the traffic volume of the road in front of the station increases, and the greater the impact of the hub on the surrounding traffic.VISSIM is used to simulate the setting methods of different hub entrances and exits, and the influence of different hub entrance and exit settings on road traffic is obtained, and the pros and cons of different entrance and exit settings are analyzed, which provides a scientific basis for subsequent hub entrance and exit settings.By analyzing the influence of road network density, road grade and road network connectivity on hub traffic evacuation, this thesis provides a basis for subsequent road network improvement. Finally, taking Zhengding County,Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province as an example, the passenger demand forecast and passenger transport potential prediction of the highway passenger transport hub in Zhengding County are carried out.The site selection analysis and traffic impact evaluation around the highway passenger transport hub in Zhengding County were carried out,and corresponding improvement measures were proposed according to the evaluation results. |
