| As a new mode of public transportation,the subway offers better comfort,higher safety,greater capacity and faster transport speed compared to the traditional public transportation methods in the past.With the rapid development of urban rail transit,to a certain extent,it has facilitated the daily commute of citizens,but also brought about many problems,among which the shortage of talents in the rail transit industry is particularly prominent.Most of the subway operating companies and related training colleges train technical personnel to visit real subway cars and explain the relevant knowledge of real car equipment,but the control circuits of real subway cars are integrated inside the car body,which is not conducive to the trainees’ intuitive understanding of its working principle.The cost of the subway vehicle equipment is high and they are all put into operation,which does not allow the trainees to participate in the control operation,so as not to cause the failure of the train,which to a certain extent limits the practical operation of the trainees.Therefore,it is especially necessary to design a set of metro simulation training device with higher integration,smaller footprint,simpler construction and lower cost as a new equipment for training technicians.In response to the above problems,this design proposes a set of subway simulation training device design scheme,the subway simulation training device systematization,modularization,box,control circuit transparency,using reduced voltage,simplify the circuit and other design ideas to integrate all the functions of the subway vehicle in the electrical cabinet to improve training efficiency.Subway simulation training device system is divided into: traction brake system,auxiliary power supply system,pantograph system,door control system,air conditioning system,electric heat and lighting system.The design is based on the working principle and functional requirements of each system to complete the system’s hardware circuit and software program design.The Siemens CPU 314-C controller is used as the master to receive and send the status signals and feedback signals of each system,and the Siemens CPU 224 series controller is used as the slave to realize the functions of each system,and the communication method of PROFIBUS-DP analog train bus MVB is used to realize the information transfer and data exchange between each system.The MCGS development software is used to design the driver display unit,and the real-time communication between the HMI and the master system is realized through the communication method of Ethernet to monitor the operation status of each system of the subway simulation training device in real time.This subway simulation training device uses a combination of software and hardware development method,so that the training method is changed from real car teaching environment to simulation teaching environment,and the combination control mode of different functions between each system module is established,which solves the problem of one set of device to meet different training needs,significantly improves training efficiency,saves training time and cost,and realizes the change of subway train training method. |
