A Practice Report On The Simultaneous Interpreting Of The First China Egg Industry Conference Speeches In 2019

This paper uses the speech of Under the guidance of Jill’s cognitive load theory,this paper analyzes the difficulties of simultaneous interpretation in agricultural trade conferences from three aspects: listening,identification,memory,and expression output,and summarizes relevant skills to further deepen the understanding of relevant interpretation.Understanding of theoretical knowledge and skills.Accumulated some experience in dealing with the interpreting tasks of the International Conference on Agricultural Products,and prepared for similar interpreting tasks in the future.This translation will help more industry chain practitioners learn from foreign scientific chicken raising experience,integrate with international standards,and promote the export of Chinese egg products.Through case analysis,the author proposes methods of forecasting,logical analysis,visual information and term preparation to reduce the energy of listening and discrimination,reduces the load of short-term memory tasks by using the note-taking method and approximation strategy,and proposes information reorganization and omission to improve the output accuracy.method,so as to reduce the translator’s energy load and improve the translator’s translation speed and accuracy.
