Thriving at work is an important research content of positive psychology in recent years.Th e main purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of Thriving at w ork.With the development of society,the backgrounds of employees in enterprises are more and more diverse.Establishing an inclusive climate in an organization is one of the ways to better ma nage a team and stimulate the potential of a diverse team.There is no research on the relationship between inclusive climate and thriving at work in China.Therefore,this paper takes inclusive cli mate as independent variable to explore whether such organizational climate can affect employee s’ sense of thriving at work.At the same time,with the resource conservation model as the theore tical support,the perception of organizational justice and job insecurity as the mediating variable s were introduced to construct the dual-path model of inclusive climate on the sense of thriving at work,so as to explore the employees’ sense of thriving at work in teams with diverse backgroun ds and its influencing mechanism.Provide theoretical support for promoting employees’ sense of thriving.In this study,538 employees from different places were surveyed by the online questionnair e Star platform,and the research tools were inclusion scale,organizational justice scale,job insec urity scale and thriving at work scale.Spss 24.0 and Amos 26.0 were used for data analysis,and t he following results were obtained:(1)The learning dimension of thriving at work has significant differences in demographic va riables of age and education level.The vitality dimension has significant difference in employme nt status.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the perception of inclusive climate an d the perception of organizational justice and thriving at work;There is a significant positive corr elation between perceived organizational justice and perceived Thriving at work.There is a signif icant positive correlation between job insecurity and the learning dimension of thriving at work,There was a significant negative correlation with vitality dimension.(3)Inclusive climate can positively predict job vitality and organizational justice;Organizati onal justice can positively predict thriving at work;Job insecurity negatively predicts thriving at work.(4)Perceived organizational justice plays a mediating role in the relationship between inclus ive climate and thriving at work.Based on the above research results,this study believes that enterprises with diverse employ ee backgrounds can improve employees’ sense of work exuberance from the following three aspe cts: first,it can strengthen the construction of an inclusive climate;second,it can relieve employe es’ pressure of job insecurity;third,it can pay attention to employees’ learning experience and vit ality experience.This study explores the relationship between inclusive climate and thriving at work,explain s the influence mechanism of inclusive climate on thriving at work,and enricfies the theoretical r esearch on thriving at work.This paper puts forward some suggestions for improving employees’ work vitality,which is of certain significance to practice...
