The task-based teaching method adheres to the principle of "student centered".By arranging specific and operable tasks,turning abstraction into concrete,the teaching process is gradual,and teaching activities are interesting.It can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of learners and enable them to internalize and absorb knowledge in task activities.The introduction of task-based teaching methods into classroom teaching conforms to the concept that "students are the main body of teaching activities.".Chinese culture is a culture that seeks to explore the relationship between human beings and external objects,and is therefore adept at drawing knowledge and experience from nature.Under the ancient small-scale peasant economy,the production method of iron plow and cattle farming gradually formed an agricultural culture with cattle as the core.The relationship between humans and cattle is a process of transformation from "humanization" to "domestication".The concept of reverence for the heavens and the times,and reverence for all things in nature hidden behind the cow culture also provides a certain spiritual source for the construction of a community of human and natural life today.The "old cattle" spirit and the "three cattle" spirit,drawn from cattle,have also continuously added new connotations with the development of the times,gradually becoming the spiritual guidance for most Chinese people to strive and strive,reflecting the unique way of thinking and feelings of family and country.On the other hand,ox culture is also characterized by conservatism and stability,and this dialectical and unified cognitive concept also runs through the entire Chinese cultural system.Therefore,introducing cow culture into the culture classroom of Chinese as a foreign language can help learners more specifically understand the value cultivation of the target language group.The full text is based on constructivist learning theory and Krashen’s i+1 input hypothesis.First of all,using the method of data analysis to summarize the current research situation of task-based teaching methods and animal culture teaching,and clarify the value of conducting cattle culture teaching practice.Secondly,according to the four levels of cultural structure,cattle culture is sorted out and classified into four categories: cattle in material culture,cattle in spiritual activities,cattle in verbal behavior,and symbols and metaphors of cattle in mental concepts.Thirdly,the author discusses the advantages of applying task-based teaching method to culture teaching and the feasibility analysis of specifically applying it to cow culture teaching.Next,the author conducted a front-end analysis of teaching needs,teaching content,teaching conditions,and the basis for setting tasks.A corresponding questionnaire survey was also conducted for advanced Chinese language learners in our school,with the aim of understanding their basic information,interest in Chinese culture,preferred forms of cultural teaching,and perceptions of the twelve zodiac signs and bull culture.Then draw a complete teaching design and put it into practice.Finally,after the teaching implementation is completed,the author tracks student task feedback,reflects on his own teaching process,summarizes and reflects on the advantages and disadvantages of this teaching design,and puts forward corresponding modification suggestions.
