In 2019,the State Council issued the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan",which further emphasized the importance of vocational education and put forward higher-level requirements for deepening vocational education reform.In recent years,with the transformation of secondary vocational training goals into cultivating high-quality laborers or high-quality technical talents,the corresponding teaching reform requirements have become more and more urgent.More and more secondary vocational courses adopt heuristic teaching mode.The first teaching mode has also been widely used in secondary vocational administrative law courses.This paper analyzes the application of heuristic teaching in secondary vocational law courses,and clarifies the advantages,disadvantages,and advantages of heuristic teaching in administrative law courses.Opportunities and threats,and put forward corresponding strategies according to the analysis to achieve the purpose of optimizing the application.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,research significance,research summary and research methods.The second part mainly introduces the concept of heuristic teaching and the necessity and feasibility of applying it to administrative law courses in secondary vocational schools.First of all,through the concept evolution of heuristic teaching,it is clear that heuristic teaching is a teaching method that helps students to mobilize their enthusiasm for learning and develop their intelligence to complete learning,and it has a profound theoretical basis.Secondly,the professional knowledge and moral education required by secondary vocational legal affairs students call for the application of heuristic teaching.Finally,under the promotion of the policy,the ability of teaching method diversification possessed by secondary vocational teachers and the improvement of students’ knowledge level provide the possibility for the good implementation of heuristic teaching.The third part uses SWOT to analyze the internal advantages,disadvantages and external opportunities and threats of heuristic teaching applied in secondary vocational administrative law courses.The advantages of heuristic teaching application are its good effect,high efficiency and good benefit.The disadvantages of applying heuristic teaching in administrative law courses are mainly manifested in the long period required to accurately evaluate the teaching effect and the difficulty in application.Opportunities are mainly manifested in the support of heuristic teaching methods for secondary vocational courses after the change of policy systems and people’s thinking,while threats mainly include the difference between Chinese and Western teaching affecting the implementation of teaching methods and the impact of impure cultural environment on teaching effects.The fourth part expounds the selection strategy based on the SWOT analysis,which mainly includes grasping the development opportunities of heuristic teaching,improving the SO strategy of the curriculum process,and using the policy advantages to reverse the teachers’ view of educating people and establish a long-term evaluation mechanism.The second is to use the ST strategy to enhance the value recognition of heuristic teaching,and finally to use the WT strategy to improve the top-level design of heuristic teaching to develop education.
