The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee pointed out that we should adhere to the people-centered development concept,constantly guarantee and improve people’s livelihood,and enhance people’s well-being.To promote the development of high-quality municipal public services is to implement the people-centered development idea and solve the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.Natural gas municipal service is one of the most basic and important municipal public services.How about the quality of its service,as the best voice of the people directly receiving services.It is of great significance to study the public satisfaction of natural gas municipal services and put forward optimization strategies for the implementation of the people-centered development concept,the improvement of people’s livelihood,the improvement of quality,the promotion of balance,and the enhancement of people’s sense of gain,happiness and security.According to the theory of municipal public service and customer satisfaction,and referring to various satisfaction models at home and abroad,this paper constructs the satisfaction model of municipal public service from the dimensions of perceived value,public expectation,municipal organization image,public satisfaction,public complaint and public support,and puts forward corresponding assumptions.Taking natural gas municipal public service in w City as an example,through questionnaire design and distribution,557 survey data of permanent residents in w City are obtained,and spss24.0 software is used to test the reliability and validity of the data.Then the structural equation model of amos24.0software is used to empirically analyze the public satisfaction of natural gas municipal public service,and the main conclusions are as follows: 1.Perceived price in the model Value,people’s expectation and the image of municipal institutions have a direct impact on people’s satisfaction.Among them,people’s expectation has the greatest impact on people’s satisfaction.Perceived value,image of municipal institutions and public satisfaction are positively correlated.Second,in the model,the image of municipal institutions and public satisfaction have a direct impact on public support and have a positive correlation,in which public satisfaction has a greater impact on public support,the more satisfied the public is with the municipal public service,the higher the support for the municipal public service.Third,in the model,the public satisfaction and the image of municipal institutions have a direct impact on the public complaints,and the public satisfaction and the image of municipal institutions are positively correlated with the public complaints respectively.In this regard,we should closely focus on the growing needs of the people for a better life in the new era,improve the image of municipal institutions,improve the quality of municipal services to improve people’s value perception,strengthen communication with the people to guide people’s reasonable expectations and other measures,and constantly improve the public satisfaction of natural gas municipal public services,so that natural gas municipal public services become A beautiful business card for safeguarding and improving people’s livelihood and promoting people’s wellbeing.
