Research On The Response Strategies For Network Public Opinion Of Guiyang Public Transportation Safety Incidents

In the transformation period of society,it has also produced various social contradictions in addition to promoting the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of society.The large gap between the rich and the poor,unfair social distribution,sharp contradictions between officials and the people and so on are these increasingly prominent social contradictions.In the context complex environment and conflict of interest,the negative effect of network public opinion will be gradually amplified under the strong communication strength of the Internet once a public transportation safety incident occurs.Over the past ten years,the public transportation safety incidents in Guiyang have appeared endlessly,which cover the "February 27" bus arson case of Guiyang Ctity,"April 17" bus falling into the river accident in Kaiyang County of Guiyang City,"September 20" the death of doctor for the support of Hubei by drunk driving traffic accident in Nanming District and other network hot incidents.Therefore,the focus on the analysis,early warning and guidance of public opinion on public transportation safety incidents is a very important political task for Guiyang municipal government at the current stage,which has practical significance.In this thesis,according to the common research on the features and evolution law of network public opinion of public transportation safety incidents under the current Internet environment,and then to the personalized research on the background and response of network public opinion of public transportation safety incidents in Guiyang,the two typical cases of "September 20" the death of doctor for the support of Hubei by drunk driving traffic accident in Guiyang and "May 22" car collision and escape in Dalian are taken as the starting point.The case experience and lessons of Dalian municipal government in handling public transportation safety incidents are combined,the problems and causes of the network public opinion response strategies of public transportation safety incidents in Guiyang are analyzed,then a series of suggestions suitable for the optimization of the network public opinion response strategies of public transportation safety incidents in Guiyang are proposed.The concrete measures include the strength of the ability in information collection and monitoring,the improvement of the level of government information disclosure,the construction of a multi-agent collaborative governance model,the perfection of the construction of public opinion response mechanism and so on.Furthermore,the stage division of the life cycle of network public opinion is carried out in line with the development characteristics of public transportation safety incidents,which will be more comprehensive and objective.In the mean time,a phased analysis framework has been provided for the government to cope with network public opinion in public transportation safety incidents,so that the useful reference can be provided for the government to cope with network public opinion in stages.
