At present,with the continuous improvement of various legal systems in China,the guiding role of contract in construction projects has become more and more prominent,among which contract risk management is an indispensable part of contract management.However,most of the construction project managers of GS University of Chinese Medicine new campus do not have experience in construction contract risk management,resulting in low quality of construction project management of GS University of Chinese Medicine new campus and frequent problems.Therefore,for GS University of Chinese Medicine new campus construction project,effectively carry out construction contract risk management,improve the management level of the new campus construction project construction contract,is to lay a good foundation for the new campus construction project management.In the risk identification of construction contract,this paper first describes the organizational framework of GS University of Chinese Medicine new campus construction project and the current situation of construction contract management.Secondly,GS university of Chinese medicine in the new campus construction project construction contract risk management as the research object,the paper through the means such as access to information,in risk,construction contract,risk management,risk management,and other related theoretical research,on the basis of the project contractors in using the method of brainstorming,GS university of Chinese medicine was established new campus construction project construction contract initial risk list,Subsequent USES SWOT method to verify again,GS university of Chinese medicine in combination with the new campus construction project construction contract management present situation,to the owner’s point of view based on whole process risk management of project construction contract,focusing on the new campus construction project construction contract management risk and legal risk is discussed and analysis,summarize the listing contract risk,The risk sources summarized are mainly divided into three levels,of which the first and second level indicators are the main risk sources of the new campus construction project,and the third level indicators are the specific risk factors obtained by analyzing the first and second level indicators.Construction contract risk evaluation.First of all,the paper adopts the method of ahp and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish the risk evaluation model of the new campus construction project.Secondly,the importance degree of risk is evaluated according to the risk source summary table,and the risk level of the construction contract management of the new campus construction project is determined to be general,and the first and second grade risk indicators are ranked according to the degree of impact.Finally,according to the evaluation results and the weakness of the construction contract risk management of the new campus construction project,prevention and control measures are put forward from five aspects of the construction contract management,such as organization,contract system,human resources,contract performance and business process.At the legal level,prevention and control measures are put forward from four aspects: contract preparation stage,contract conclusion stage,contract performance stage and post-contract performance management stage,thus improving the construction contract risk management system of GS University of Chinese Medicine new campus construction project.Finally,from five aspects of the new campus construction project construction contract risk management system implementation measures.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,the management of new campus construction projects should pay more attention to construction contract risk management and improve their management decision-making ability. |
