Abstract/Summary:
The policy of selected students has caused a lot of academic research since 2006 because of its special recruitment targets and stricter recruitment policies. The research results mainly focus on the evaluation of the policy of selected students, the analysis of the psychological state of the students and the implementation effect of the policy.Hubei Province produces a considerable number of fresh graduates every year. However, due to the influence of regional economy and other factors, there are also differences in the treatment and working environment of seleceted students in various cities in Hubei Province, which have a certain degree of impact on the cultivation of selected students.Xiangyang, also ranks among the top five in the province in terms of the number of students recruited each year.Starting from the actual case of Xiangyang ’s policy implementation, this paper uses Smith’s policy implementation model to construct an analysis framework for the implementation of the policy.Through questionnaires and dialogue interviews,it deeply analyzes and demonstrates the implementation process of Xiangyang’s policy on selection and transfer from four dimensions.Aiming at the problems of unfair distribution and narrow promotion channels in the implementation of policies, this paper puts forward practical and feasible optimization strategies from four aspects: system improvement, employers, ideological dynamics of selection and transfer, and selection and transfer work environment. This paper attempts to provide reference and suggestions for the continuous promotion of the better implementation of the policy of selected of students in Xiangyang, and further expands the empirical research on the optimization of the implementation.
