| With the constant acceleration of economic and social development,China’s urbanization process has gradually accelerated,and the living standard of urban residents has also improved.However,the governance problems of urban communities have gradually surfaced,and residents have higher requirements for community governance,which requires community governance to be improved with it.As the most basic governance unit,the community will have a better foundation for social stability only when the community is stable.In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization process,the traditional community governance model is gradually insufficient to adapt to new situations and solve new problems in the new era,and cannot adapt to the needs of community governance in the new era.What follows is that community governance models and methods that meet the current situation of the new era and the demands of the masses continue to emerge.Modern technology and advanced concepts have also been applied to community governance.Grid service management and other models have become typical ways of community governance in the new era.This model is fundamentally different from the traditional single government governance model.The governance means are no longer limited to administrative management.The governance unit is transformed into a community grid.The governance means are constantly inclined to service plus management.Through various promotion methods,various social subjects and residents are invited to participate in the governance of their communities more widely.The service management efficiency and efficiency are constantly improved,and the social recognition is greatly improved,To a certain extent,it has served the current process of urban-rural integration in China and is conducive to the long-term stability of the grassroots.This paper uses the methods of interview and questionnaire to understand the current status of community grid service management in D City,and finds out the existing problems.Through research,it finds that the grid service management tends to be more administrative,the grid service management team is single,the deep contradiction is not fully foreseen,and the ability to deal with complex problems is weak.Subsequently,the community grid service management model was put into the modern pattern of municipal governance.Aiming at the problems existing in the current grid service management of social governance in D City,the suggestions and measures were put forward,such as actively building a modern grid service management model integrating five governance,actively improving the grid service management system of multi governance,strengthening the ability to prevent and resolve various conflicts,risks and hidden dangers,and building a joint operation platform of three centers,With a view to comprehensively improving the level of community grid service management in D city,and providing reference for other cities to strengthen community grid service management. |
