Research On Government Behavior In The Development Of Jasmine Industry In Hengzhou City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Jasmine flowers are beautiful because of their white and elegant color,loved by the public for their alluring floral fragrance,its diversified economic value has become an important economic source for farmers in Hengzhou City.The jasmine flowers in Hengzhou City have a history of about700 years,after years of hard work and development,Hengzhou City has become the world’s largest jasmine production and jasmine tea processing base,known as "6 of the world’s 10 jasmine flowers from Hengxian County,Guangxi".Over the years,through the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,and flower farmers,the jasmine industry in Hengzhou City has developed by leaps and bounds,and the government has made many efforts in formulating policies,industrial guidance,and financial support in the process of the development of the jasmine industry,which to a certain extent has promoted farmers to get rid of poverty and move towards the road of prosperity.However,in the process of its modernization,there are still a series of development problems that need to be solved urgently,and the effective solution to these problems is inseparably linked to the government’s decision-making and behavior.Therefore,under the strategic background of rural revitalization,it is of great significance to study the government’s behavior in industrial development for the further development of the jasmine industry in Hengzhou City.By reading a large number of literature,this paper understands the development status of the jasmine industry at home and abroad,and uses field investigation,in-depth interviews,and other investigation methods to study the development status of the jasmine industry in Hengzhou City,the planting situation of flower farmers,brand building,industrial chain construction,etc.,and summarizes the shortcomings of the jasmine industry in Hengzhou City in terms of government actions,including the low degree of industrialization scale,the prominent problem of pesticide residues,brand building to be strengthened,the lack of deep processing technology,and the added economic value to be tapped.At the same time,combined with the rural revitalization strategy,this paper analyzes the development trend of the jasmine industry,and points out that the government’s urgent task in the development of the jasmine industry is to promote the integration of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries,and puts forward a series of development countermeasures,such as implementing the talent revitalization strategy,improving the scale of jasmine industrialization,strengthening the brand and culture construction of jasmine,and improving the environmental quality of jasmine.In short,in the development of the jasmine industry in Hengzhou City,the government needs to do a good job in the government work,perform government functions,guide enterprises,and flower farmers through policy inclination and publicity interpretation,and make the jasmine industry stronger and bigger,which is not only conducive to the development of the local economy,sharing the fragrance of flowers and tea,but also improving the well-being of the people,sharing a better life,and ultimately achieving the strategic goal of rural revitalization.
