In recent years,campus bullying has been widely concerned by all sectors of society.Our governments and education authorities have continuously issued various policies and measures to carry out comprehensive management of bullying on campus.Campus bullying has been alleviated to some extent,but bullying still exists,which has brought great negative impact on students’ learning life and the normal teaching order of the school,and has a very bad effect on society.Comprehensive management of campus bullying is an important means to implement the rule of law and the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress.At present,the research object of comprehensive management of campus bullying is mostly public schools,and the research object of international high schools is less.Through understanding and sorting out the current situation of the comprehensive management of school bullying in S High School in S City,this paper explores the problems and causes in the comprehensive management of school bullying in international high schools,and puts forward further improved countermeasures for the comprehensive management of school bullying,so as to create a safe and harmonious learning environment and growth environment for children.This paper focuses on the comprehensive management of campus bullying,and systematically combs the relevant research literature at home and abroad.Based on the cooperative governance theory,social control theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper defines the concept of campus bullying,analyzes the types and harms of campus bullying and the necessity of strengthening comprehensive governance.According to the work practice and field survey,the paper analyzes the current situation of the comprehensive management of bullying in S High School in S City by using the methods of literature research,case study,questionnaire survey and interview.The current situation is reflected in the coordination of multiple governance mechanisms,the simultaneous development of multiple governance measures,and the coordination of multiple governance subjects.In recent years,the comprehensive management of bullying in S High School in S City has achieved certain results,which is reflected in the continuous improvement of the main structure of the governance organization,the continuous improvement of the governance mechanism,the continuous improvement of the governance norms,the continuous improvement of the governance synergy,and the decline in the number of bullying cases on campus.At the same time,it analyzes the problems existing in the comprehensive management of bullying in the S high school campus in S city,mainly including the relatively insufficient government-led governance,the relatively weak involvement of social forces,the relatively unclear responsibility of the main body of school governance,the relatively lack of family forces in the comprehensive management system,and the relatively weak awareness and ability of students in anti-bullying.The reason for the problem is that the government’s governance policy is relatively imperfect,the comprehensive governance mechanism is relatively unsound,the school’s main governance effectiveness is not fully implemented,the home-school cooperative governance system is relatively imperfect,and the student safety education and law popularization education are relatively lacking.In response to the problems and reasons,countermeasures were proposed,including giving full play to the government’s leading role in governance,continuing to improve the government governance service system,solidly promoting the participation of multiple social forces in the governance mechanism,strengthening and improving the governance effectiveness of the school body,and constantly deepening the home-school cooperative governance relationship.I hope it can provide effective reference for S High School in S City in the future research field of comprehensive management of campus bullying,and provide multi-dimensional thinking for schools and parents in anti campus bullying action.
