Research On Grid Governance Of Urban Community In Chengjiang City

Community,as a microcosm of society,is the most basic unit of a city.The transformation of community governance measures into social governance results is in line with the people’s expectations for a social governance pattern of "joint contribution,co-governance and shared benefits".Under the background of high-quality economic development and the transformation of major social contradictions,community governance has ushered in an important period of development opportunities.The existing community governance can not meet the needs of community development.In this article,the author through the way of combining the field visit and questionnaire survey,understand the Chengjiang grid of city community governance practices of the present situation,discovers the Chengjiang grid of city community governance is deeply ingrained,grid security administration management part quality is uneven,imperfect information platform construction,the insufficient participation,plural functions of collaboration is not smooth,And further in-depth analysis of its causes: the traditional bureaucracy structure is unreasonable,the team construction management is not standardized,the information technology investment and application is insufficient and the social participation mechanism has not been fully formed.Then,through the analysis of the typical grid governance model of Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang and other three cities,and learn from the advanced experience,on this basis,the urban community grid governance of Chengjiang City put forward the corresponding optimization path,through adhering to the centralized and unified leadership of the Party,optimize the community governance structure;Build mechanism to fill the short board,improve the mesh rope quality;Strengthening information technology support;Encourage diversified management functions of the main body to actively participate in,strengthen coordinated cooperation,perfect evaluation incentive system,these six aspects change service concept,make the grid management in the construction of community and developing more smooth and orderly promote,enhance the level of urban community governance and grass-roots public service ability,thus promoting the modernization of national management system and management ability.
