Study On The Government Function Insufficiency In Cangxi County Social Credit System Construction

In order to build a more perfect socialist market economic system,we need to start from the construction of the social credit system and comprehensively improve the construction level of the social credit system,so as to create a more harmonious and honest social environment,in order to promote the socialist market economic system development has laid a solid foundation.At the same time,the construction of the social credit system is also an important means to improve the level of social governance.By strengthening the construction of the social credit system,it can effectively improve the integrity awareness of social members,create a social integrity environment,and help the development of social civilization.Cangxi County has always attached importance to the construction of social credit system.It has comprehensively promoted the construction and development of social credit system from various aspects such as government affairs,society,commerce and justice,and has achieved certain results and experience in the development process.Through the analysis of the performance of the government in the process of building the social credit system in Cangxi County,it can be seen that the government did not fully play its own functions and roles,which led to some contradictions and defects in the process of building the social credit system.In the research process of this paper,the performance of the government in the process of building the social credit system in Cangxi County was comprehensively analyzed and discussed by using the method of combining theory with demonstration.This paper mainly discusses the problems of government functions in the process of social credit system construction from the aspects of government organization leadership,coordination services,credit supervision and management,and education guidance.These problems are the insufficient role of organization leadership,the insufficient role of service coordination,the insufficient role of supervision,and the insufficient role of cultural guidance.It also analyzes the reasons for the problems,specifically,some government departments have insufficient understanding of the construction of the social credit system,lack of professional talents in the construction of the credit system,lack of strong institutional basis,lack of long-term information sharing mechanism,and weak foundation of the credit market and credit service industry.The paper also draws on the experience and achievements accumulated by Rongcheng City of Shandong Province and Ziyang City of Sichuan Province in the construction of social credit system,and combines the actual development of Cangxi County to propose that the government needs to strengthen the role of the government as the constructor of the credit supervision and management system,give play to the government’s role in information sharing and service negotiation in the construction of the credit system,and build a multi subject negotiation mechanism of the social credit system.The construction of credit culture can effectively promote the construction and development of social credit system,and has strong reference and value.
