Research On Local Government’s Responses To The Opinion Of Emergency Network Public

At present,China is in a period where development,reform and upgrading coexist with internal reform of the system,and internal and external factors are uncertain.The governance form of online public opinion is relatively severe.With the rapid development of the Internet in the world,the Internet We Media has developed very rapidly in recent years,and has become the recognized "fourth media".The network has become one of the important carriers reflecting public opinion.Various big data based network media platforms and network clients have been emerging and developing,and have also become the gathering place for the generation and dissemination of online public opinion.For local governments,online public opinion is both a challenge and an opportunity.The government should pay close attention to online public opinion,actively strengthen the governance of online public opinion,actively understand public opinion demands,actively solve problems,effectively improve the image of the government,and create a good network environment for the people.Because most local governments lack the knowledge and governance experience of online public opinion,and lack experience in practice,it is not conducive to the effective response and solution of online public opinion in emergencies.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a profound study on the local government’s response to online public opinion.This paper starts with the relevant concepts and basic concepts of local governments’ response to emergency network public opinion,systematically expounds the basic status quo of local governments’ response to emergency events,and takes two typical cases as specific research objects to elaborate the deficiencies of local governments’ response to the current network public opinion crisis.After sorting out the problems existing in the local government’s response to the emergency network public opinion crisis and analyzing the causes,the author proposes the local government’s response strategies and methods in the emergency network public opinion crisis: innovate the basic concept of local government’s response to network public opinion;Improve the emergency response mechanism for local governments to respond to online public opinion;We will improve the relevant systems for local governments to respond to online public opinion.Based on the research of this paper,we seek specific measures for local governments to properly respond to the network public opinion crisis,and provide feasible countermeasures and suggestions for local governments to deal with the problems in the network public opinion response to emergencies.
