Research On The "E-POSSE" Development Model Of Rural Revitalization Based On Characteristic Industrie

Rural revitalization is an indispensable part of China’s modernization process.The realization of rural revitalization is closely linked to opening a new chapter in the history of the Chinese nation.At present,the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is in full swing,and the rural landscape is gradually taking on a new look.Rural industries are springing up like mushrooms,the rural environment is becoming increasingly clean and beautiful,the rural culture is in full bloom,and the rural talents are weaving...However,there are still many problems in the countryside,such as low industrial efficiency due to the high degree of industrial homogeneity,the cultural essence being randomly changed,which destroys the cultural heritage and reduces the influence of culture,the imperfect system and the poor implementation of the ecological environment,and so on.Based on this,the research takes the development model of rural revitalization as the research object,starting from the problems arising in the implementation of rural revitalization,adopts the method of case study,and draws on the practical experience of field sites,and proposes the "E-POSSE" development model of rural revitalization based on characteristic industries.First of all,on the basis of the existing literature on rural revitalization,this paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the implementation of rural revitalization,analyzes the reasons in depth,and finds a breakthrough for research.Secondly,find the theoretical basis of the research and elaborate the core concepts.Thirdly,go deep into X village,L county,G province,and conduct a comprehensive survey to find the successful experience of the village’s rural revitalization.Then,we will sort out,refine and summarize these successful practical experiences,and summarize the "E-POSSE" development model of rural revitalization based on characteristic industries,and elaborate the meaning,characteristics and operation of this innovative development model.Finally,put forward relevant application suggestions of the model,so that other villages can use it for reference in their own revitalization and development.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)As an industry with competitive advantages in rural areas,characteristic industries can provide a solid economic basis and material guarantee for rural revitalization,and the realization of rural revitalization needs to be based on the development of characteristic industries;(2)Rural revitalization is a systematic project.We should take the overall revitalization approach,coordinate all aspects of revitalization,explore the logical relationship among them,and develop together and help each other;(3)If the achievements of rural revitalization want to be maintained for a long time,it is best to rely on the endogenous power of the countryside,that is,the characteristic industries can better command,lead and plan by relying on the natural endowment of resources,cultural protection and inheritance,and the construction of a strong organizational structure.The role of talents depends on adhering to the principle of subjectivity.The sound development of the ecological environment must be sustainable,and the primary-level governance must be effective.
