Innovation Of Activation And Utilization Mechanism Of Traditional Villages In Shahe City From The Perspective Of Actor Network Theory

The implementation of the urbanization construction with the county town as the carrier has gradually become the key issue of high-quality economic development,and the traditional villages,as an important carrier of county development,have also become the core topic of the rural revitalization strategy.Under the guidance of the concept of rural governance community,it is of historical and practical significance to accelerate the process of exploring the living use of traditional villages,excavate new cultural space,promote the integration and development of county specific industries,promote protection by living,draw lines and connect into pieces,and inject era genes into tradition.Based on the perspective of public management,taking management as the main subject,integrating sociology,geography and other multi-disciplinary professional knowledge,building a basic research framework of actor network theory and cultural space theory,mainly using qualitative research to conduct questionnaire survey and in-depth interview on Anhe Village,Shahe City,supplemented by quantitative spatial analysis to carry out core density survey of traditional villages,and trying to reconstruct the cultural space of traditional villages from the micro-subject level,Put forward the innovative mechanism of the activation and utilization of traditional villages in Shahe City from point to face: on the basis of analyzing the combination of the activation and utilization of traditional villages and the theory of actor network,build an analysis framework,and introduce the basic overview of the basic number and spatial distribution of traditional villages in Shahe City and the activation and utilization measures by using the GIS spatial analysis tool;Lead to the typical case of Anhe Village,sort out and summarize the existing cultural space of Anhe Village,focus on the core actors and general actors in the process of activating and utilizing traditional villages,and how to participate in rural revitalization with their own status,and analyze the construction stage of beautiful industrial villages in Anhe Village Agriculture,culture and tourism integrate the actor composition of the cultural space in the development stage of traditional villages and the construction of the interest alliance of the heterogeneous network,and interpret the current situation of the activation and utilization of the cultural space of Anhe Village on the basis of the dynamic actor network,and analyze its problems from the mechanism level,the main body level,and the contradiction level,such as the poor network coordination operation mechanism,the low efficiency of the traditional village space planning,and the insufficient motivation of the actors to inherit culture.Therefore,based on the particularity and universality of the activation and utilization of Anhe Village,based on the actor network theory and the cultural space theory,this thesis explains from four aspects: the space activation mechanism,the actor composition optimization mechanism,the industry living state integration mechanism,and the network long-term operation mechanism: integrating the village resources,building a new cultural space;Multi-coordinated participation in the construction of rural governance community;The characteristic industries promote the high-quality development of the county economy,with a view to further promoting the mechanism innovation of the activation and utilization of traditional villages in Shahe City,and deepening the rural revitalization.
