Research On Optimization Strategy Of New Communities Governance In Xuzhou City

With the rapid development of the urbanization process,the number of urban communities has been increasing,and many new communities have emerged.With the increase of the community,the scope of community management continues to expand;the occupancy rate of newly-built residential areas has increased,and the population managed by the community has increased;the public needs of community residents are more abundant and diverse;residents have higher requirements for the allocation of resources and services in the community;the requirements for community risk governance are also increasing,such as actively responding to largescale public health events such as novel coronavirus pneumonia,which makes community governance more complicated.Therefore,community governance needs to invest more manpower and material resources to meet residents’ needs for a better life,and at the same time,in the face of sudden risk events,communities need to coordinate and integrate multiple resources to respond to and solve risk events.However,the diversity and contradictions of community interests and the insufficient capacity of community governance have led to various complaints and dissatisfaction among residents.In the construction of community governance,the degree of resident participation and cooperation is uneven,and community construction is fraught with difficulties.Needless to say,the increasing complexity of community affairs has brought unprecedented challenges to grassroots governance.Therefore,in the face of complex community affairs,it is necessary to strengthen and innovate grassroots social governance,pay attention to diversified participation,coordinate diverse social interests,resolve conflicts and disputes at the grassroots level,create harmony and stability at the grassroots level,and achieve harmonious development of the community through a variety of cooperation and consultation.This thesis takes the newly built communities of Xuzhou as the research object that in the process of urbanization development,because currently there are relatively many problems exists,the comprehensive governance capacity is relatively weak,and the need for balanced regional development makes us urgently need to pay attention to its development.Based on relevant theory and practical experience in community development,this thesis analyzes current status of new community governance in Xuzhou city,so as to find causes of low efficiency of community governance.Through the survey and visit,it is found that the situations of many new communities in Xuzhou are basically the same,so this thesis selects three difference types of communities that build during city development in Xuzhou as typical example for depth research.Through the cause analysis,this thesis propose several countermeasures on how to optimize new community governance in Xuzhou city:first,cultivate a sense of trust among the subjects of diversified cooperative governance;second,build an organizational system and cooperation system with clear rights and responsibilities;third,guide and cultivate community diversity to participate in cooperative governance;fourth,create an efficient information platform for sharing and co-governance;fifth,strengthen the construction of supervision and governance systems in community.In short,take the interests and needs of community residents as the starting point and the final destination,mobilize the fragmented manpower and resources in the newly built community,and create an atmosphere of mutual trust and assistance in common cooperation,so as to build a better community.
