Research On Large Group Emergency Decision-making Based On Group Intelligence Knowledge Fusion Under Social Network Environment

In recent years,public security emergencies have occurred frequently,which have affected country’s economic development and social stability.The complexity and randomness of emergencies requires experts from multiple fields to jointly make decisions,and large-group emergency decision-making has become an important way of emergency management.Because emergency decision-making involves a wide range of areas,it is difficult for individuals to gain a global understanding,and it is necessary to exert the wisdom of the group.Public opinions in social media can provide important decision-making reference information.At the same time,with the popularization and development of social networks,the social network relationship between decision-makers,such as trust relationship,will affect the decision-making process and decision-making results.Based on this,this paper proposes a large group emergency decision-making research based on group intelligence knowledge fusion under social network environment.The main work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the processing of incomplete preference information in emergency decision-making of large groups in social network environment,a method of expert clustering and incomplete preference information complementation based on social network analysis is proposed.Firstly,we perform social network clustering of experts and determine the importance weights of experts.Then,based on the trust relationship between experts,the trust behavior of experts is identified,and the incomplete preference information of experts is supplemented to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent decision-making steps.(2)Aiming at the fusion and integration of emergency decision-making information and knowledge,a large-group emergency decision-making and group intelligence knowledge fusion model under the social network environment is proposed.Firstly,we collect public behavior big data in social media platforms,and cluster the data based on public attention to mine public group intelligence knowledge in social media data as decision attribute reference information.Then,we use the three-layer group intelligence knowledge fusion model to integrate the expert group intelligence and public group intelligence knowledge to obtain comprehensive group intelligence knowledge result.(3)Aiming at the consensus reached in the decision-making process,a large group emergency decision-making consensus model based on group intelligence knowledge fusion is proposed under social network environment.Consensus measurement is carried out on the basis of expert clustering.We comprehensively analyze the cohesion and coupling characteristics of cluster from two aspects of trust relationship and preference relationship among experts,and modify expert preferences according to consensus feedback adjustment rules based on the analysis of expert’s type to improve the level of group consensus.This paper introduces the social network relationship among experts into large group emergency decision-making for emergency decision management of emergencies.We mine the public group intelligence knowledge from social media data,and the public opinion is taken into account in the decision-making process.To ensure the reliability of decision results,a group intelligence knowledge fusion model integrating expert wisdom and public wisdom is constructed.A consensus model of large group emergency decision was designed based on the fusion of group wisdom knowledge to improve the level of group consensus and ensure the quality of decision results.
