| In recent years, with the continuous development of economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization level, the urban road network has become increasingly dense and complex.Due to the impact of road infrastructure and natural disasters, urban road emergencies occur frequently, bringing serious harm and influence to people’s life safety and social economic development. To master the regional distribution of risk of urban road emergencies and control them, and quickly formulate countermeasures for the current accidents, can provide help for road governance and emergency disposal, and reduce economic losses. This paper takes the data of road emergencies in Beijing as the research object, identifies the risk areas of various types of road emergencies, discusses the factors influencing the quantity distribution characteristics of road emergencies, designs the road emergency case expression and matching model, and finally builds the analysis and management platform of urban road emergencies. To provide technical support for road emergency management. The main research work is as follows:(1)Data processing and classification of urban road emergencies. This paper introduces the research area and data source, discusses and analyzes the relevant methods of data processing and geocoding, and converts the research data into structured data for storage. The temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of road emergencies in Beijing are analyzed briefly.According to accident types, road emergencies are divided into landslide, road water, road collapse and traffic accident.(2)Identification of urban road emergency risk areas.According to the classification situation, the density analysis method in GIS was used to discuss the density distribution of various types of emergencies without considering the road network density or road network density, and the areas with high density were divided into risk areas.Considering the severity of the accident itself, weighted according to the number of casualties of the accident, density analysis and cluster analysis methods were used to explore the density distribution of the accident severity, and obtain the area with high accident severity. Finally, the road sections with high incidence of various types of emergencies were extracted based on Beijing road network.(3)Study on the influencing factors of the number and distribution of urban road emergencies.Grid processing was carried out on the study area, and influencing factors of various types of road emergencies were selected according to the classification situation.OLS,GWR and MGWR models were used to discuss the influence degree of each influencing factor on the quantity distribution of road emergencies. It is found that MGWR model has the best global regression effect. Therefore, according to the regression results, spatial interpolation method is used to interpolate the study area, and the influence degree of influencing factors on road emergencies in different regional locations is discussed.(4)Road emergency case expression, matching model design and application.Combined with the research results of risk areas and influencing factors, the three-way method of scenario construction in scenario analysis is used to design the emergency case expression model and form the small-scale emergency case scenario database.Based on natural language processing and word vector model,an emergency case matching model with entropy weight method was designed, and the accuracy and robustness of the model were discussed.(5)Design and implementation of urban road emergency analysis and management platform. The integrated research results of Web GIS,front-end data visualization and other relevant development technologies were used to build an urban road emergency analysis and management platform based on emergency case matching, which helped road emergency personnel better understand the distribution characteristics of urban road emergencies, quickly match emergency cases as a reference to formulate emergency solutions, and improve the urban road governance ability. |
