Study On Development Zone Management Committee

At present,under an increasingly complex,instable and uncertain international environment,China’s development is in a period of important strategic opportunities,and China’s economy has also shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.As an important starting point for China’s regional economic development,the development zone should also seeks ways and changes in time to promote the transformation and upgrading of the local economy in the new stage of development.This paper takes the management system of S Newtown Management Committee as an example,points out the main problems of S Newtown Management Committee management system,including bloated burden of social affairs,serious internal consumption of non-business,poor cooperation among prefectures and weak professional support.Finally,from four aspects of the development zone management committee reform countermeasures and suggestions,one is to strengthen the upper level system support,two is innovative self-design,three is to optimize the co-construction mechanism,four is to optimize personnel management.
