Research On The Sharing And Application Of Taizhou Government Information Resources In The Era Of Big Data

At present,the era of big data characterized by blockchain,"Internet Plus",the Internet of Things and other technologies has arrived.Government work and economic and social development are facing a period of opportunity and critical period of digital transformation.By driving the sharing and application of government information resources through big data technology,we can effectively integrate and comprehensively gather resources and forces of all economic and social parties,accurately and efficiently promote government activities such as economic adjustment,social governance,public services,urban construction,ecological and environmental protection,and provide effective impetus for government transformation and economic and social modernization.With the rapid development of big data technology in recent years and the increasing requirements of government work,strengthening the sharing and application of government information resources in the era of big data has become an important strategic goal and key task for governments at all levels.It is necessary to continuously deepen research,seek practical development strategies,and speed up the upgrading of files.Taking the application of government affairs information resource sharing in Taizhou city as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the application status of government affairs information sharing in Taizhou City from the aspects of policies and regulations,platform carriers,technical means and application scenarios through questionnaires,case analysis and other methods.It is pointed out that there are some problems in the sharing application of government information resources in Taizhou city,such as the dispersion and lag of information circulation,the gap of information exchange,the insufficient efficiency of information platform,the poor effect of information assisting administration,and the user experience to be improved.By digging and tracing the main body,object,method and other aspects of the application of government information resource sharing,the paper further analyzes the causes of the above problems: first,the organizational structure has not completely formed a chess pattern;Second,in the aspect of ideological understanding,unified ideas and concerted actions have not been formed.Third,in the information ecology,there is not yet a strong support and a virtuous cycle.In order to ensure more accurate countermeasures and suggestions,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism and architecture model of big data-driven application of government affairs information sharing,summarizes and draws lessons from domestic and foreign experience results of government affairs information resource sharing,and puts forward suggestions on ways to promote the application of government affairs information resource sharing in Taizhou under the era of big data.First,we will build a big data management structure for government information resources,effectively optimize the organizational structure,upgrade the system platform,strengthen the promotion of the whole city,and give play to the role of third parties.Second,we will unblock the channels for big data flow of government information resources,synchronously promote the flow and transformation of government information resources,and realize the use,operation and management of all government information resources through one network.Third,to create a big data service ecosystem for government information resources,strengthen information opening,enhance the value-added benefits of information,and strengthen information security protection;Fourth,we will strengthen the guarantee of big data operation of government information resources,effectively increase financial support,talent introduction,supervision and assessment,and provide a strong guarantee for the sharing and application of government information resources.
